Stayed two nights office personnel great but cleaning crew even after requesting fresh towels it was never provided and old wet towels were never picked up for the second day of stay.

Hotel was clean, and everything worked, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. No swimming pool. A rating of 1 to 10 I give it a 7

Love this place! Great people working the front desk, clean room, pet friendly, very convenient and the room was comfortable. One of the few hotels I've returned to again And again

The front desk lady at evening was rude and price on ******* sight was 20 dollars less than what I was charged and clerk give ant considerations at all and was under construction at 700 am in morning with all kind of noise would not recommend at all

An inexpensive room doesn't come with high expectations so average is what it was. Bugs in the tub were just the nature of hot and dry weather. I got a spray and they stayed contained. Didn't see anything outside of the area when they returned next day. Comfortable enough, but had to buy shampoo and coffee available only from 5-10 in the lobby. Good coffee though. Evening Clerk was nice giving me a spray for bathroom and checkout clerk allowed a late checkout but was not as friendly when I shared my concerns. Got what I paid for. :)

Hotel was dirty, pool had many dead bugs. Huge spider on the roof when we entered. Bathtub was dirty and floor had cracks. Room was smelly, AC was noisy and terrible. Would never stay again

I’m not sure what they use to clean bathroom floor, but it is extremely slippery. I f fell in the bathroom. The general manager was really rude to me.demanded I sign her paper or go to er. I asked her what about my dogs and she said they couldn’t stay there(even though I had already paid for another night)and she said they weren’t their responsibility! So EMS was called and the ladies allowed my 2 little mixed Chihuahuas to come along with me in the ambulance and at the ER the dogs were allowed in the room with me. I do want to add that for the last 33 years my husband and I have traveled with up to 5 small dogs at a time. We have stayed in motels and in a tent rv, we have NEVER had a complaint about our dogs barking. I got 2 calls in about an hours time that my dogs were barking. Thankfully I didn’t break anything, but bruised my ribs, forearm and back. I am on so much pain! I will be going back to Henderson, tx but I will not stay at same motel. Nobody from the motel has contacted me to see how I am doing. Very disappointed with motel 6.

Very clean and friendly staff. It is not a 5 star resort and wasn't expecting one. It did exceed my expectations. I was looking for a quick overnight stay midway through traveling.

Every time I make a trip to Henderson I stay at this hotel . All the ladies that work up front have always been so kind and helpful. Not one bad stay so far!
