Travelodge London Stockley Park Hayes

I am currently staying in Room 230 and would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent hospitality, cleanliness, top-quality facilities, and the beautiful view. My stay has been very comfortable overall, and I truly appreciate the professionalism of your staff. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding some guests smoking in non-smoking areas, which disrupts the peaceful atmosphere and violates the hotel’s policies. This behavior affects both the comfort and health of other guests. I kindly urge the management to take firm action against such violations, including clear warnings or penalties if necessary, in order to maintain the high standards your hotel is known for.

The team members are all exceptionally fine and very courteous and helping The problem had was the parking I did not know as parking in America is always free in any hotels. Please work on this issue for people like us who are new and get huge fines for not knowing The location of this hotels is very beautiful and hotel is well maintained by the professional staff

The experience at the hotel was good. It's not a fancy hotel with a lot of amenities but it's clean and quiet. The entire staff at the hotel was super helpful but I'd like to specially mention Mandeep, Violeta and Gurpreet for their excellent services. It was a good 15 day stay without any hassle.

Staff are great and hotel is in good condition, but... first of all the windows are sealed so they won't open. Secondly the aircon either works for 1 minute and then switches itself off, or it works - you switch it off when it's cool and it will then decide to switch itself back on 5 minutes later. This happens constantly. So depending on which room you're in, you'll either boil in a sweatbox, or freeze at night with very noisy aircon. One of my worst night's sleep ever - avoid.

I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I also appreciated the convenient location, perfect for exploring the area. Great value for money, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip. Highly recommended!
