The customer service was not helpful, there was no luggage carts and we were told there was one on other floors instead of let me get someone to get one for you, parking is horrible, fridge in our room did not work there was no microwave and it says breakfast included on the website when it should say bagels and yogurt only. The tv remote only worked if you were standing right on top of tv which kinda defeats purpose of remote. The ice machine def wouldn’t pass health code and we were told one on floor one and two nothing on floor two. We are Hilton garden vacation owners and stay at Hilton owned properties a lot and all over and this one was by far the worst.
