Well placed hotel peace ful but close to centre, staff are very Pleasant, nothing too much for you. Room was comfortable but when we split the beds for twin room the floor under the beds was filthy and hadnt been cleaned for months, apart from that the rest was clean and tidy, i would stay again

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this charming & comfortable hotel for 7 nights while I visited the Hilversum area. I booked a junior suite which had a large bed and plenty of room to stretch on the floor. The bathroom had a spa tub and shower plus soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. There’s a beautiful outdoor/indoor cafe/bar/restaurant. The hotel is walking distance to the train, a gorgeous park surrounding a pond with geese, and also some fantastic restaurants. The people at the front desk were lovely. I has zero problems and will most certainly stay there at again.

It was a nice experience altogether but the room was a bit small.

Very close to centre lots bars so don’t need breakfast as plenty places to eat out through out the days also tours pizza cruise

We have stayed at this hotel previously and found it to be ok and a little expensive for the size of the rooms, However, this visit was a complete disaster price wise, the hotel had charged us more than double the cost of the previous visit with the Saturday night cost being 198.00 euros for the same room as we had previously stayed in, when challenged on the cost of the stay the duty manager offered us a free drink at the bar. This was done via the receptionist. Obviously we rejected the offer, we were then offered “ some really good news “ according to the receptionist, we could have Sunday night for 99.00 euros saving us 27 euros, bearing in mind from their own literature the room was 114.00 euros. The total for the weekend stay, Friday to Monday was 449.00 euros. I would advise anyone staying at this hotel to ensure the price of their room is made abundantly clear as there is no way on this earth that this hotel is worth 198.00 euros a night. I would also add at this point that we are still waiting to see the duty manager face to face. You have been warned.

We had an exceptional stay and rented 2 bikes on-site to tour around the area and were able to visit the street my Oma and Opa lived on…it was incredible…thank you!

Very dated decor, bed mattress must be 20 years old and very uncomfortable

Hotel was nice but very annoyed to pay 10 euros for a bottle of water and 15 euros if brought to the room.
