Theo Staff was really amazing, nice and helpful. Everyday something tasty to gry in food. A lot od things to do in hotel, none od days was boring. Recommend this hotel! I would like to come back there one day.

Hotel is nice.Foods are delicious.Restaurant and musics are very good.They have professional musicians.Room is very good and clean.Spa and pool is nice.We were here in new year.I very liked organization.Thanks to guest relation Irem.She is very kind and helpful.

My stay at Mirada Del Lago was one of my best travel experiences thanks to the hotel staff and also the staff at the Ski Room. Everyone was super helpful and very polite although being very busy and working hard. I cannot remember a situation where the hotel staff couldn't deliver what we have requested or needed. My kids had ski lessons for the first time and their instructor Ferhat made them love skiing while teaching them the correct technique etc. I am very thankful to him. Also, the staff working at the ski room couldn't be more helpful. There is a shuttle minibus circling between the hotel to the slopes -regularly to the Tekir gate but not to the others-. This shuttle system needs some improvement; the busses are not really designed for carrying ski equipment, something can be done regarding this, and there was no clear instruction on what to do/who to call in case we end up at a different gate than Tekir. Otherwise the drivers were also very polite and the ski room staff helps with the equipment while getting on and off the bus. The food served during all three meals was delicious with an adequate variety. Rooms were comfortable with all amenities one would need. Swimming pool and the spa are like the cherry on the pie. We stayed in Mirada Del Lago for one week and was very sad to leave, definitely will go back again!

Mr. Yunus is absolutely amazing. He is a very hardworking, polite, kind person and he can talk to us in English without any problems. I really appreciate his work and I admire how hardworking Mr. Yunus is. Moreover, Mr. Yunus is an open and smiling person, who quickly attracts people.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff is really nice. Some people's English is not so good, but they try their best and are super respectful. There's a huge variety in food, but local dishes are the best (but they should make them more spicy in my opinion). We really liked the staff, especially the waiter Yusuf, bartender Reza and ski trainer Akif. The cocktails are amazing! Design of the hotel is very elegant and cozy. The only downside is lack of snow in January. Because of this only a few slopes are open.

In the hotel I found great service, especially in the restaurant. The waiters are very professional, but in particular Mr. BURAK DUZELTICI deserves praise. He knows English very well and always cares about guests, is attentive and efficiently responds to the guests' needs :)
