Hotel capacity exceeds wayy too much the pool capacity. Thus if you go in winter and the outdoor pool is closed - it will be extremely crowded. Officially the pool is at 28C - I would say it is less. The room had a ridiculously big and old fridge - really sorry I forgot to take pictures. Carpets are really dirty and need changing. Majority of the rooms are still with the old furniture from before the 90s. BYOC - bring your own cash. Many places in Hissarya do not accept cards - including the shops in the hotel. Funny enough - there are two ATMs in the town - this particular weekend none of them worked so we were forced to go to the next village - Banya to withdraw cash. BYOS - bring your own slippers. They do not give those - neither for a deposit or for free which I believe every hotel should provide... Staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. Breakfast was OK or below par for the most part. Some of the in-house made pastries were ok. We did not dine in their restaurant so I cannot comment on any specific dining experience. Overall - I would avoid.

The hotel in general and our room in particular was clean, refreshed and welcoming. The pool T was perfect, kids loved the water slide. There was an issue with the payment, but the staff worked out the problem and it was solved in the end. Overall an amazing 3 days there.

The hotel has not been renovated for a long time. The outdoor pool is dirty and the indoor pool is not working. The room was dirty. The mattress is punctured. The pillows are old. Towels and bathrobes are wasted. The bathroom is terrible. The toilet cistern is damaged. Soul splashes everywhere. The fan is not working. There are mosquitoes. Breakfast is limited and not tasty. There are too many people. The price does not match the quality. I do not recommend the hotel!

Excellent service, enough space for children. Kitchen - excellent and reasonable prices. The place is suitable for relaxation during all seasons. In the SPA center work really good experts - I liked massages and physiotherapy there . I was there seven days and I will visit the hotel again.
