Terrible service!!! Just after the free cancellation period, the property emailed me to say that there’s some disruption and wanted us to move to an alternative apartment (where the review was not fantastic in terms of cleanliness). I rejected the proposal. They counter-proposed that I stayed at the original property as per reservation but would have to move to an alternative the next day. Why should I be inconvenienced for their disruption. I asked for a full refund. They did not reply. And on the day before my trip, they replied to say they were not able to do refund but will guarantee a good stay. This caused a lot of disruption to my planning. I was very upset and pls do not ever book with this property unless you’d like to be in for a nasty shock!
