酒店設施特別老。特別差

更新が必要なホテル。エアコン、バスルームのファン、スイッチがうまく機能しないか、まったく機能しません。冷蔵庫は正常に動作しました。ガアドベンチャーズツアーでここに宿泊しました。屋上のプールは小さくて清潔ですが、飲み物を注文できる場所がありません/誰もいません。朝食は最高レベルで提供され、基本的ですが食べられます。すぐ下にはオープンしていないレストランエリアがありました。ホテルのポーターのスタッフは、あまり満足していませんが、親切でした。フロントのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。場所はまあまあでした。個人的には私が予約したであろう場所ではありませんでした。

このホテルは、ベンタイン市場や近隣のその他の観光スポットを訪れるのに最適なエリアに位置しています。スタッフはとても歓迎してくれて、親切でした。私の部屋は 8 階にあり、このエリアはとても賑やかでしたが、夜は眠るのにとても静かでした。このホテルの価格とロケーションを考えると、これ以上のものは望めません。間違いなくまたここに泊まりたいと思います。

ベントラン市場から歩いてすぐのところにある、質の高いツーリストクラスのホテル。屋上のプールからは街の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができ、朝食も美味しかったです。私たちが訪れたとき、近くの建物で工事が行われていましたが、それほど大きな問題はありませんでした。

最高ではありませんが、最悪でもありません。従業員はとてもフレンドリーで感じが良いです。湿気が多すぎてプールを楽しんでください。このホテルは私たちのツアーホテルなので、選択の余地はありませんでしたが、ここでいくつかのヒントを紹介します。 Wi-Fiが完備されている高層階をリクエストしてください。私たちは506に滞在し、エレベーターとより良いWi-Fiではなく、より高いところに移動するように頼みました。新しい部屋 (806) のルーターは廊下の天井のすぐ近くにありました。そして上に行くほど景色が良くなります。朝食はとても美味しく、毎日同じです。新鮮な*を揚げてくれます。めんつゆも選べます！ヨーグルトとパッションフルーツが美味しい！ホテルは 1 区にあり、フードコート、市場、戦争証跡博物館、レストラン、マッサージ、スパなど、多くの場所が徒歩圏内にあります。マッサージ店は賢く選んでください。

Had a message the day before arrival confirming check in process and making out that all was normal. When we arrived, the doors were locked, a closed sign up, and the only sign of life was a worker asleep in reception. When I knocked on the door I was told to go away and had to scramble around to find another hotel Awful start to the holiday & the hotel have been uncontactable about the situation

Great Hotel centrally located. Walking distance to numerous famous sites and markets. Great staff. Gym is basic, 1 x machine and the bar has been closed. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and sandwiches through the day, I believe this happened during the peak of Covid. Having said that, there are tons of restaurants within metres.

Comfy room and good facilities. Breakfast was great! Good location. Room was quite dingy though and there were stains on sheets on arrival. Great views from the rooftop and breakfast was served on the 17th floor. Good base for exploring Ho Chi Minh.

Same breakfast menu for all 3 days. Air conditioning not working, it took 36 hours for room to cool. Used cups not cleaned properly and sauna not functioning properly. Good location and special appreciation to breakfast in charge lady who ensured in spite of chef on leave, our vegetarian need where specifically adhered to.

Good location. Within walking distance to places of interest or take a cyclo. Lovely breakfast & great views from the breakfast room. Hotel and rooms very clean. Staff very professional, friendly & helful.

Hi, we ventured back to vietnam to stay at our second home, the golden central, ly tu trong st, however post covid, how it has all changed. Restaurant::: gone Bar ::: gone Yummy brekky:::: gone Lovely staff::: gone Yes, brekky was very poor, everything hot,was cold, very simple, and same every day, just cold shrivelled bacon, warm fruit, all selections very dried up and looked like they had been there all week, I think they had. Orange juice was just make up cordial,and not cold. Place looking very tired and run down, person who cleaned the rooms , also cooked eggs in kitchen next day, some staff friendly others didn't want to know us, we stayed for ten days, most days we were the only people in hotel, used to be fantastic. Interesting on booking sites, still advertise restaurant and bar, all gone, just a shell of its former self really Ms Kim on front desk , lovely, "Thu" in kitchen lovely, Great location tho Warren from australia

The front office manned by Jane was excellent in every way and booked 28 room nights for me and my colleagues. Jane went out of her way and booked 03 days of tour activity which was not her duty of work. Excellent stay due to staff and their support
