Super fast and easy check-in. The hotel is very "no frills." The staff that I dealt were all courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

As soon as we walked in, we were hit with the smell of gas. The employee said that the whole building smells that way. She states it is the smell of their furnace. It was horrible in the hallways. Our room smelled as though they sprayed an awful air freshener to cover up the smell of dirty mop water. We had to buff the furniture polish off the table tops before we could set our stuff down. It looked like they ran through and sprayed table tops and walked out. This may have been the cover up smell that hit us when we walked in the room. The free breakfast was good. The staff wasn't rude but they were not friendly either.

My room was clean, except for the fan it needs to be deep clean this was room 156,

While the room(s) were great - I liked that there were two “bedrooms” - the refrigerator made a loud noise, as did the fan in the bathroom. The curtains were really dirty. The bathroom shower was pretty nasty. You couldn’t sit in the courtyard because of all the crap from the pigeons. Breakfast Sunday was toast and cold cereal. Things wills have to really improve for me to come back.

The room was clean but the carpet needs to be replaced. The list of prices if you take items was a little off putting. I’m sure people do try to steal items but it cheapens the experience (The alarm clock did have the wires cut). They need a better air filtration system as the halls smell like natural gas. The beds sank in the middle and were not comfortable.

It was alright. Could use some updates in the decor. The mattress was horrible, my back hurt for 3 days after trying to sleep in the sinkhole in the middle.

The bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The shower had good pressure and got up to a good temp.

Overall, everything was great, except the fact that they lock their doors at a given time at night. We came back from a wedding celebration and two of our disabled people had to walk all the way around to the side of the building because they would not unlock the front doors. Ridiculous!!! We rented a room with accessibility yet had to walk further to get in at night. They would only unlock doors if you were going to check in!!!

For a multi-bedroom room we should have had more than one chair to sit in. The pictures of the room show several chairs.
