This private garden apartment with outdoor space is in a row of classic brownstones in a great location. It's a quick walk to great restaurants in all price ranges, and you'll find a list of favorites in the apartment! Convenient to bus, train or ferry to NYC and an easy walk to Stevens Institute of Technology and many other great Hoboken locations. Make sure to take the very short walk to the Hudson River for an unbeatable view of the Manhattan Skyline! Great desk and wifi included. This is a great launching point for all Broadway, Sports and Concert Venues! Public Transportation: It's about a 25 minute walk to the PATH station along Washington St (Hoboken's main street of stores, restaurants, etc). There is also a bus you can take to the PATH. Alternatively there is a bus 2 minutes from the apartment that goes directly to midtown Manhattan, as well as ferry service about a 10 minute walk away. The ferry is more expensive, but there are free shuttle buses on the other side to several parts of Manhattan. Parking: Parking in Hoboken is limited to pay-by-app parking on one side of the street only unless you are a resident. Be mindful of the signs. There are paid parking garages nearby,. If you do plan to visit with a car, we can give you information to help you work that out. Great location. Apartment has almost everything you could want. Just a bit dark since in the basement but we went out a lot. Howard was great and super helpful.

I've never seen such hospitality. When my wife and I walked in there was a very fine bottle and two wine glasses on the kitchen table welcoming us. There was an ABUNDANT supply of coffee and related accoutrements. The kitchen had every possible spice you could imagine. There was even a stash of "feminine products" (not that we had that need) showing amazing conscientiousness. In that same vein, there was one of those foreign electrical outlet adapters for international guests. The unit is very near a variety of restaurants and coffee shops--there was a map with locations of such. There were two functional work spaces--the kitchen table and a desk/table. Oh, also a generous inventory of oatmeal for those inclined to breakfast.

Surprisingly roomy accommodations. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen is well-stocked. Bathroom is a little small, but it worked out okay. The host was very helpful, and friendly. Check in and out was easy. The unit is accessible to several restaurants, walking and running spaces along the waterway, and public transportion to NYC. Will book again for future stays in Hoboken.
