ベイモント イン & スイーツ バイ ウィンダム(Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Holbrook)

I was given a handicap room, it was outdated (holes in the curtains, stains on the carpet and dirty bathroom walls). We checked in at 2am so I was too tired to request a new room, at least our bed lines were clean. Our room faced the freeway so it was noisy. Free breakfast had gross coffee and cheap creamer. Not worth the price! Steer clear of this hotel.

Older hotel. Needs some maintenance done. Outside door did not lock. Our room door did not shut unless you pulled it hard to close.

Front Desk Person Holly was amazing very accommodating. Great personality and super friendly. We checked in last night 12/21/23. Go into our room but no hot water in the bathroom sink. I guess this is a known problem so Holly was able to get us another room. First she said there is nothing on available on the first floor but was able to find us one. Please keep in mind there are not elevators but not listed when booking the hotel. This is a very old hotel, rooms a small and a little cramped.

We have been traveling by car for nearly a month due to a family illness & a death. Your property is by FAR the BEST property for efficiency, cleanliness a Cal-king bed and no $200 add on for my two dogs who don’t weigh 18# put together! If possible I will stay in a Bay mont Wyndham property every time even if it means traveling beyond our miles for the day! THANK YOU!😀

It was clean, sweeper could have been run just a little better. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but the guys were doing the best that they could. Overall, it was good and I would come back.

I’ve had to stay in Holbrook frequently and tried many motels on Navajo Blvd. this is the best in terms of safety, condition, and price. But it is nothing special. The bar is quite low in Holbrook.

Very comfortable stay. I'm mobility challenged and the handicapped parking spaces were very convenient to our room. They offer a discount for Plaza Bonita and Foodies Restaurants and both were very good. Plaza Bonita for Mexican and Foodies for sandwiches. Both have a good breakfast.

the mattress seemed to be broke down, could feel the springs and the vinyl flooring was loose and sticking up

Good for an inxpensive stay, but also clean and well equipped. Could tell it was renovated, but done pretty well.
