During check -in, the man at the front desk was very, very friendly, accommodating and efficient. His customer service alone made the stay worth it.

Check in was quick. I can’t say they were overly friendly. This facility is dated. Looks like they put the bare minimum into it. Chair in room had big white stain on it. The room bathroom side of the room was cold no matter how high I turned the heat up. Breakfast was very limited.

Necer again will i stay at this place. First thing we saw when we opened the door to our room and turmed the light on was roaches scattering everywhere!! Place is beyond dirty!!

Place was very dated but clean. The second floor exterior door was broken and could not be closed. This left guest doors exposed to anyone who wanted to walk in from the street, and it is not the best area. I mentioned it to the desk clerk on the way out. He said he would notify maintenance, but it was pretty obvious that it had been that way for a long time. The breakfast looked gross. Even though the breakfast was included I could not make myself eat it. Overall Clean room, nice people at reception desk, but place is dated and old, unsafe, and plan on skipping the breakfast.

Very clean rooms. Always like tea at night before bed, there were no hot/cold cups for tea or coffee. Only one coffee packet. No box face tissues by sink and no hand lotion. I do not pack hand lotion, shampoo or conditioner since the Hotel's always have them. Just assuming everyone is cutting back. However the beds and pillows were so comfortable, rooms were exceptionally clean and hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again when in area.

The site is very convenient for a stop when travels down I81. The motel itself seemed fine. Our room was not fine. There was a leak either from the sink or the bathroom and the floor in that area was sopping wet, which caused the bathroom floor to be an ice rink. We got in exhausted after midnight so we didn't address it with the front desk. However, with the amount of water there, they had to be aware of the situation.

Right off the highway so very convenient, the place was clean. Breakfast was terrible eggs were watery, had a hard time getting inside my room as key took forever to work. Front desk staff made me walk the long way to get to my room when it was a few steps a way using the inside stairs.

It’s clean and stuff & service are fine. But everything about this hotel needs an update. There’s no elevator. Our room came with a very old microwave, TV and refrigerator that’s very loud that kept us awake so had to unplug it. There was no hot water when I tried to take shower in the evening. Breakfast and coffee are included but pretty terrible. You can stay at much better hotels with the same price.

Overall, it was a great experience and great customer service. Mary, the front desk lady, answer all my questions and was very helpful.
