Unfortunately when I got there I had to have my room changed because no one dusted any of the fixtures in a long time. When I got to my new room it was pretty much the same thing but I saw someone from housecleaning I. The hall and she came over and cleaned the fixtures on my room. That is the only issue I had with the room. Housecleaning turned down my room for me everyday, which I loved. The front desk and the staff in the lobby were great. I wish I could remember the 2 ladies at the desk that helped me with my room because they were amazing. The gentleman that worked in the lobby said hello to me everytime he saw me. Such a fine gentleman. The 2 young ladies working by the pool towel were ababsolutely the best. They need a raise. They bartender from Queens NY that worked at the Landshark was the best bartender in the whole place. Very personable, great personality, always smiling, and remembered my drink after meeting me only once. My friends were very impressed, they thought I was a regular there. Lol The restaurants in and around Margaritaville were good and we enjoyed just about every place we ate at. I can't wait to go back there. There were so many more things I wanted to do in and around the hotel. I hope the cleaning situation gets better. They need to add some cold water to the pool because it was way to warm to cool you off. I enjoyed myself and so did my friends. We will definitely be back soon with more friends.

Margaritaville was excellent, from the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms, fitness center, and entire place, to the security. Only drawback was ALL the food and ALL the drinks were ridiculously expensive. We spent a lot of money just to be there, and then have it be so much more for the food and drinks was crazy. They also then charged a $42 DAILY resort fee! They should make the whole place an all inclusive and just charge more upfront. It’s a great place but we won’t go back.

Property was super nice , clean , offered bikes at no charge. Staff were new & inexperienced. Views from our room were amazing , location awesome

Beautiful property and very clean and well-maintained. Would love for there to have been an all inclusive option. We unfortunately did not have good weather - only 4 hours of sun during our 5 day stay. We really appreciated that the pools were heated. Great location on Hollywood Beach. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed two nights and were very impressed with the hotel, restaurants and our room. It was a very fun place to stay with a lot of activities and great food!

overall property nice sauna was not functioning, we were not allowed to bring outside food into pool area, which we didnt want to eat hotel food daily. Lounge chairs at pool very very uncomfortable. Metal Bar digs in Back

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The main lobby was surprisingly fragrant (in a good way) lively with music and very welcoming. I love that this whole hotel had wood flooring throughout the main areas in the hallways is giving it much more clean, and warm feeling. The rooms were lovely with two sofas that rocked and turned, and the patio was just awesome. I would highly recommend a partial ocean view, because having a view of both the ocean and the bay to the other side was the best of both worlds. The only thing I don’t really understand is the very loud noises coming from the side of the hotel. It was an extremely loud, spinning metal noise that went on from morning till evening, and I just don’t know where it was coming from. If anything could’ve been better, it would’ve been that as it was loud, shrill and constant. At one point, I put my earphones on to block it out but sadly it meant I couldn’t hear the ocean waves coming in. Whatever that noises coming from the direction of Joe’s market should be shut down as it ruined the patio experience for me!

The staff was amazing. The concierge team (Sam) went above and beyond to help us with two amazing restaurants including JWB, out of this world food and service. Strongly recommended resort.
