It was a nice cozy hotel. Free welcome cocktail for each guest was nice surprise. Right by the ocean if you stay in the ocean view room. The balconies don’t have dividers between rooms on the first floor.

If you’re going for the beachfront room, they certainly could use an updating. The side rooms were recently updated and very nice along the pool. Oriel at the front desk was amazing and so helpful.

The room was warm seem like we couldn't get it to cool enough. Seen a couple critters crawling around on the floor once the lights went out. I was just thankful my fiance didn't notice them. The bed was comfortable and the staff that checked me in was excellent. I was talked into a upgrade for additional 100 which ended up being close to 500 a night to stay. I like trying new things but i recommend for that kind of money do your research this island is full of places cheaper to stay and critter free that will suceed your expectations.
Was a disappointing experience for us.

During our stay we had major plumbing issues which took two days to get a response
They addressed it by telling us to move to a different room, which they did not bother to help us with.We had a safe and a sliding glass door that did not lock
The response time and lack of empathy was not appreciated

We stayed in an ocean front unit on the first floor, was about 150 yards from the water and in the sand. Was beautifully decorated, fairly clean, but has not been renovated and bathroom/kitchen very outdated. But the views, quiet and uncrowded beach, with tons of umbrellas and chairs, made up for it. Fyi-the unit we stayed in had plates/utensils/glassware, some pots, but would be challenging to cook. Beautiful pool area.

Highly recommend! Beautiful quaint property with exceptional staff. Very clean and the location is perfect for a beach/island getaway. The staff is so sweet and attentive as well. Will def be back!
