The only thing to point out but not to criticize but to improve it is that the mattress on the sofa bed is a little uncomfortable. For the rest, wonderful stay in a strategic position. Positive experience.

Funny, even though the apartment is in the 9th district, it is ideal if you have to go to a trade fair. Because tram 38 takes you directly to the U2 and therefore directly to the trade fair. In the other direction you come directly to Grinzing. Very quiet
Aashevc(+)The pension has an absolutely perfect location in the heart of the old town, in the middle of the sightseeing and shopping mile Kärtnerstraße, next to subway station - ideal for visiting the opera or exploring Vienna. We had an apartment with a separate kitchen in the adjacent building - very quiet, very clean, daily service. The building has an elevator and the front door is lockable. The room is furnished in old Viennese style and gives you the feeling of living in Vienna. (-) A microwave in the kitchen would be very useful. Fitting carpets could be problematic for allergy sufferers.
ゲゲストI expect better for European hotels of this sort. I've stayed in cities like Berlin, Bern, Zurich, London, and more than one in each city. First, my bed was terrible--I could feel springs (or whatever they were) so my body ached after 4 nights. The staff were curt and not very forthcoming. I am a very courteous and kind person. Perhaps they were not used to seeing too many Black people. The only coffee was regular drip/percolator. One thing I look forward to in Europe is at least a multi-function machine where one can get espresso, etc. This last absence said a lot to me. The best feature is the location. Very short walking distance to main transportation hub, near the university of Vienna, and other spots that mattered to me since I was there to give a lecture at the Uni.
ゲゲストIt was better than I’ve expected. The room was large enough for two people to stay and the owner kept changing the trash bin and getting us new towels every day. She was kind. You don’t have to worry about checking-in. She sends you an email about it and it’s not difficult at all compared to other Airbnbs. The location was also not that bad for us. I hope some facilities to be repaired a bit. But it was still a good stay for us.
