Discover the quiet charm of Ryegate from this seasonal 3-bedroom cabin on the magical TickleNaked Pond! This is our family getaway & we've decided to share it with you when we are unable to use it. It's not fancy but it's a wonderful place to unwind. Full disclosure: there is no internet nor cell service but there is a landline for local calls and emergencies. There are 3 queen beds upstairs, this cabin sleeps 6. There are 2 bedrooms plus a middle room with a privacy screen. There is a dresser in each space. Linens provided. The living space has 2 couches, a TV for watching the huge selection of DVD's, a record player and lots of albums for your listening pleasure. Plenty of board games, puzzles and books. The kitchen is fully stocked, all you need to do is bring the food! Gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, French Press, trash bags, paper towels, spice drawer, pots, pans, baking pans, dinnerware, flatware all provided. The bathroom is small but has a wonderful shower. Towels, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, soap provided. We think the best part of this house is the wrap-around screened-in porch with spectacular views of TickleNaked Pond! Relax in a wicker chair while you listen to the loons and take in the beautiful scenery. Out on the lawn, we have a firepit (wood on site), a wood-fired pizza oven and a gas grill for your use. We also have kayaks and paddle boards (and life preservers), fishing poles & tackle for your enjoyment. This is your perfect getaway location to immerse yourself in nature and relaxation. Guests will enjoy staying at a very centralpoint for 4 season mountain biking at one of the best venues within 5 minutes and skiing at Burke mountain resort within 6 miles. Many local places to dine locally or more available just 10 miles away. Very quite neighborhood on paved road with easy access to downtown area. You will have the entire lower level of residential home only, with separate entrance. Large living room, dining area, walk-in shower and bedroom with 2 twin beds. At your request, there can also be a mountain bike station set up for cleaning up or maintenance after a day of riding. There will also be a bike rack and cable lock provided to keep your bikes outside your door.
