サイト旅行とモーテルの協調が悪い1、洗濯はドライではないので、朝の入浴や朝のボートに乗るときに長時間待つのが欠点です。(支払い時にモーテルを意外に快適に感じさせるのを避ける)注意してください。積極的に要求し、寝具、夜に蚊がいます。礼拝環の看板に注意してください。主人は客が何をするかをあまり気にしないので、とても快適です。

Big thanks to everyone who made my stay on Cat Ba island so comfortable and convenient. It was a real find, and everything from the hotel room to the downstairs restaurant was perfect. The place itself is beautiful, with orchids hanging out the front, a pool, garden in the back. The room was ensuite, very clean, a soft bed and decent shower pressure, with a view out the window. It would have been great value for money even at much higher price. What I paid was very good, even by Cat Ba standards in off season. There was a lot of convenience offered in terms of organising trips and renting motorbikes and pushbikes, the manager was extraordinarily obliging. He really went above and beyond. There is a restaurant downstairs I ate in most days. Very good and at a good price. It was very convenient that everything was contained this way. In my opinion it is much better than staying in town, you get much more of a feel for the island and the town is only a short ride away. 10 out of 10, stay here, you will not regret it.

We didn’t get the room as pictured in the booking, instead we got a second floor room as in the picture. The bed was comfortable. The shower was too small, I’m 175cm and I had to crouch to wash my hair. The shower pressure was terrible going for slow to slower every second and other showers were the same. In the room we were in you could actually see into our neighbors shower. Our sink burst one time but they fixed it right away and were very apologetic. The area was lovely, as stated by others it is far from the centre but worth it for the quiet and the scenery with nice walks nearby. The hosing family were nice and helpful when getting our bus out of catba.

Сам хоумстей отличный! Отдельный номер - отдельное бунгало. Но, обратите внимание - прежде чем бронировать - где располагается этот отель. Находится на самом отдалённом причале на острове, в далеке от цивилизации. И, вам нужно минимум ещё потратить 600vnd от основного причала, чтобы добраться до причала где находится хоумстей. Кроме хайкинга заняться особо не чем, велосипед в аренду брать не стоить.
