設備は新しくて環境はかなり良いですが、場所が少しわかりにくいです。サービススタッフ（特に清掃）の質を改善する必要があります。私たちのピザは鏡の前のキャビネットに置かれ、清掃スタッフが私たちのためにそれを食べました。フロントデスクは、そのエリアはゴミ捨て場であり、可能性があると言いました。自由に処分できます...しかし、私たちはそれをテーブルの上に置きました 提供された食べ物も盗まれました... フロントデスクは私の問題を解決しなかったので、腹を立ててこの否定的なレビューを書きました...

展示会のため、このホテルに宿泊しましたが、部屋は比較的狭く、普通のビジネスホテルといった感じでした。 空港に近すぎないが、騒がしくない 他のものはすべて受け入れられますが、朝食は本当にひどいです。これほどひどいホテルのビュッフェは初めてです。

Good hotel, location close to train station, one station away from the Airport. Good breakfast.

發現有個桑拿房，有時間有機會的人可以去體驗一下，但我每次下班後去都有人，本社恐就沒進去了，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈

Simply great, spa was amazing and finally a hotel that makes sure the sauna is at the right temperature (do reserve).

Excellent accessibility and valu for money campared to the higher prices of hotels in AMS city.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, very clean, modern and good customer service. I like to stay in this area because of the proximity to the airport. I would stay here again, for sure! if I don't mind the 5-minute walk and the climbing of those stairs with big luggage. The only downside to this hotel is walking from the tram station to the hotel, it's a bit strange for the type of hotel, not far but not convenient, with heavy stairs/steps, it feels a bit like an isolated area, even though it is not.

Nice stay. Initially my check-in experience was somewhat a painful one. But the manager, took over and permitted me to check-in at 12pm, earlier than expected. I can't thank her enough. I will be returning - once a month. Will register for an account.

Staff are friendly and the room was spacious. The wind was heard howling through the window and some rained leaked in. The hotel is close to the train and bus station to get to airport and city center. I didn't see any stores or restaurants nearby other than the hotel restaurant. Overall a great stay.

Nice hotel and rooms, easy access to train station into the centre. Not much really round the hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great staff and good breakfast. Only thing was that it is not easy to reach by car. Routeplanner and GoogleMaps didnt show the proper way.

ホテルのスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 駅からは近いですが、ホテルまでに階段を越えなければならず、重たいキャリーを持っての往復は少し大変でした。 回り道をすれば、階段を避けれましたが、大きめの網目がある道で、キャリーの小さいタイヤでは、転がすのは無理だと思います。 ホテル内はとても清潔で、ケトルもあり、優雅な時間を過ごせました。

I liked the cleaniless of room, the silence and all the service were good.
