Friendly service, great breakfast included. Only issue was that the room was cold when we arrived and it took about 3 hrs for it to warm up.

I get here to check in and the front desk worker of 2 yrs say to me your card is declining, I say how?? If I haven't given you the card, its different from the card I used to book.(never assume, always ask if the person is using the same card to pay as they used to book.) She say ok the system is ready for you to pay. I tap to pay and she say oh i accidentally hit cancel, we just got a new system, my apologies. I say let me check my account and I show her the amount is pending and she need to process and dont charge the card again. She called her manager Liz and they were convinced they walked thru the process and I will not be charged a second time. Well I was charged a second time , I called the bank they stated they see the charges and stated the business/ hotel need to release one of the charges. The hotel staff and manager blamed the bank and stated they only see one charge, the other disappeared.They also stated that the solution would be for me to check out the hotel for the charges to clear, but I couldn't actually stay in the hotel after they processed me out!!! And go where? Im from out of town! The staff member stated she was the only employee working front desk and its hard because when things go wrong others have to wait. Yes there was a line of people that had issues and others that needed to be checked in. Oh and I had to be moved due to my first room tv didn't work, but as soon as she moved me she checked someone in that exact room. Last time booking here!

They were Kid Friendly helpful our room was very clean and Sanitary you noticed and smelled that upon arrival very nice hotel and it wasn’t expensive

Very clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Short staffed. Had to wait for associate to check in. Room is large, bed is comfortable. Shower head worked only to a trickle and A/C made horrible noise when compressor kicked in to cool down room. Breakfast are/sitting area is large and breakfast is typical continental style. One plus is ease of access to restaurants and shopping with red light to help with traffic.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. They allowed us to check in our luggage early so we could attend a football game and not have to leave in our car. I would stay here again!!

Excellent place, shops across the street, easy parking, safe.

The rooms were amazingly clean and we had a suite. Extremely nice, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast also. Waffles, with every topping imaginable, biscuits, sausage, eggs, gravy, cereal, yogurt, danishes, and muffins. Everything tasted so good.

Lady at desk at check in clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Gave us room keys on one floor that didn’t work. Then went back downstairs only to get the keys to a completely different room in a different floor. And she acted like it was our fault. Overall hotel was fine but clearly she needs more training or different job.
