Room didn’t have hot water. Tv didn’t work. Was by far the worst Quality Inn I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay in.

We booked two rooms. When we arrived they had only one room reserved and no additional rooms available. We had to cancel and get the rooms elsewhere.

They didn’t have our key ready when we got there. Something about it not working…the place is run down needs updating. Breakfast barely anything except waffles and some breads and coffee

I love it . Clean , quiet very comfortable beds and rooms are updated . And the number one thing was the staff everyone that works there are extremely nice respectful and so very helpful . This is probably the first hotel I’ve experienced that.

Easily the worst hotel we ever stayed in. The building is falling apart. There's a hole in the ceiling, the shower head is missing, the shower's floors are cracked, the carpets probably never been cleaned. Check in takes forever because apparently the hotel doesn't have anymore key cards to give out so the one employee has to open guests room every time. She said it's been this way for two weeks. It's ridiculous. Please don't stay here. I rather sleep in my own car

It was pretty run down. Peely paint, plaster falling from the ceiling, moldy yuck in the shower. We checked for bed bugs and did NOT find any. The linens were clean. The fridge and microwave were clean. We were looking for a cheap place to sleep for a night few hours. That is what we got. We were happy to not spend $100 just to sleep for a few hours. We called the hotel to check prices and they wanted a lot more than booking through *******.

We booked a room. Called that day to let them know we were going to be late because we had car troubles. Got to the hotel and they would not give us the room that we already paid for. They said they gave the room to someone else because we were late. We ended up having to sleep in the car that night.

The room that we were given smelled horrible. There was black, furry mold growing in the bathroom. My mother in law has severe asthma. When we saw the condition of the room, especially the bathroom, we chose not to stay there. We went straight back to the office, turned the key back in, and secured lodging elsewhere. Not a good experience at all!

We got a really nice room for a really affordable amount right when we needed it.
