コンフォート スイーツ ニア ホット スプリングス パーク(Comfort Suites Near Hot Springs Park)

This was absolutely a terrible experience. I booked the room for my son's birthday. So he could go swimming in an indoor pool and work out at the fitness center. upon arriving at the hotel was informed they do not rent to locals and because my Driver's license. Was the same town as the hotel they canceled my reservation.

We really liked staying here. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable! The downside was the hot tub..it was green and the pool area was not clean.

We stayed 3 nights over the New Years weekend. The facility was nice & very clean. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever encountered. Parking areas were clean and well lit, our group had 4 Trucks pulling trailers and there was plenty of room. My only complaints would be our King mattress was very hard and clearly broke down and the pool/hot tub area & water was very musty smelling.

The hotel was ok, and the staff treated us pleasantly but not overly friendly. We found the room spacious and clean, even the jacuzzi tub. My only complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable, and the fitted sheet was loose and kept coming off the bed. We asked if it could be replaced but it didn't happen.

Some common areas were quite dirty and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in awhile (pool area bathroom and the workout room both had spider webs and dead bugs). Workout equipment was broken and about half of it unusable. Beds were terribly uncomfortable.

The heater messed up in our room but the desk clerk was very nice and moved us to another room

Checked in went to dinner came back to the room went swimming went to room took shower laied in the bed and a cockrouch climed up my wifes leg when we were laying down so you can imagine how that went called desk all the could do was switch us rooms okay will do that at 1030 at night get in the other room turn heater on stinks like dead animal need less to say our relaxing evening at the hotel was a mess

The staff showed concern and accommodated our special requests without issue. They exhibited old fashioned southern hospitality. The experience was refreshing!
