素晴らしいホテルで、朝食はシンプルながらボリューム満点でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで、ハウスキーピングは一日中、エレベーターの裏側まで掃除しているのが見られました（こんな光景は初めて見ました）。ただ、部屋に小さなゴキブリが2匹いて、1匹はバスルーム、もう1匹はテーブルの上にいました。全体的には、私のニーズに合った滞在でした。

room smells, I deposited 50 usd but no refund after 7 days

The room size was ok. It was fairly clean. I didn’t eat breakfast because. It was not a full breakfast . My biggest problem was the Front desk staff. They couldn’t answer any questions that I had & was very RUDE and uncooperative!! I will never stay there again. Most of the time the room keys did not work. You had to wait a long time to get service at the front desk. The phone in the room didn’t work.& instead of replacing it with a phone from an unoccupied room, I was told that I had to wait until the next day for maintenance. I could go on about this place…,

My husband and I had a great stay. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The guy that checked us is very nice and friendly. If we go back threw again we will stay again. Thank you for a GREAT STAY.
