I didn't have towels in my room, or extra sheets for the pull out couch. There were used, napkins behind my bed.

The afternoon service didn’t seem to friendly as I was told they keep a monotone demeanor as they don’t want guest to take anything the wrong way! The morning staff and service was complete opposite and were extremely friendly and accommodating!
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the complete lack of communication and interest from the management. We were left without running water in our room, forcing us to manually transport containers of water from the pool just to flush the toilet. The cleanliness was abysmal, with a cockroach even making its way up the wall. To make matters worse, the front desk was unstaffed for extended periods, and there was no room phone for us to reach out for help. Our attempts to contact the manager went unanswered for hours, highlighting a complete lack of responsiveness from the management team. The broken elevator only added to our inconvenience, and we missed breakfast on multiple occasions because they couldn't provide it due to the water issue. Strangely, the nearby gas station had no such problems, suggesting a lack of responsibility on the hotel's part. Overall, our stay here was a truly disheartening experience.

Reasons I will not being staying here again… 1. Broken elevator button 2. Disgusting walls (Looked like they’ve never been cleaned) 3. ROACHES…. 🤢 4. Phone didn’t work in the room 5. Half the tv channels didn’t pick up

Hotel Canceled my reservation and then charged the full rate! Told me to just go find another hotel and I would be refunded. No refund! I was then told that because I showed up at 10pm when I enquired about refund 2 weeks later, they told me I still had to pay even though they were sold out and no room for me. This is a first!!!! To top it off, they actually left me at 10pm with no room, in the dark, alone, walking around a neighborhood I don’t know for over an hour trying to figure out what I was going to do. My safety was jeopardized and I am not ok with this.

Bed is very comfortable. Roaches around K-cup Coffee pot. I sat down to eat and several more roaches crawled out of the coffee pot. Floor full of bad stains. Hallway smells like mothballs. Shuttle made me wait 1:45 min and never showed up. The hotel had reached out to send the Shuttle several times. A Hilton Garden Inn Shuttle driver saw me on his route several times and finally offered a ride. He felt terrible that I waiting there so long. The next morning at Comfort Inn & Suites regarding their Shuttle ride from the hotel to IAH airport, the driver shows up at 7:01 am in an unmarked white van with decals ripped off. At the airport I try to open the van door and he is screaming at me to stop and yelling how much money it would cost to fix the door If I broke it. I just wanted to run as far away from that property (7014 Will Clayton) as I could. It gives the rest of the Comfort Inn & Suites a bad reputation. Just traumatic. NEVER again.

Upon check in we asked about the breakfast (which was included in the room rate). We were advised that there would be no breakfast as they had no food. Interestingly enough, while we awaited the shuttle to return to the airport the next day, we noticed there was a food store right next door. Would one not think that would be an option to get some food for the hotel breakfast? We went to our room and tried the coffee maker. It would not work. We then tried to call the front desk to request a wakeup call for the next morning. The telephone would not work. I heard someone in the hallway and it was a person from the room across the hall. He was going to the desk and said "The phones do not work" and he would ask them to knock on our door the next day for a wakeup. We did not have a cell phone plan that worked in the U.S. therefore we depend on the hotel room phone. It has never been a problem. I had said on checkin that we should get a room discount due to the lack of breakfast. as this is an important factor in choosing a hotel. Upon submitting a review of our hotel experience I received an e-mail advising that they would try to improve their service. We had planned to stay at this hotel on our return to Houston on the way home so I immediately canceled this reservation and found another hotel in the Houston airport area. We have stayed at many Comfort Hotels in Canada and the U.S. and have always found them to be quite good. We would not recommend staying at this location. There ar so many other choices in the Houston Airport area.

We were not informed before we arrived that the hotel was under construction following a tornado. It was the coldest day of the year, hotel lobby and hallways were not heated. We were expected to walk next door to another hotel for breakfast.
