スペースも広く、アミューズメント施設も豊富で、朝食も美味しく、子供もとても楽しんでいました、また来ます！ ファミリールームを予約しましたが、ドアを開けるとダブルベッドが3台とバルコニーがあり、山の景色がとてもリラックスできました。

家族旅行に最適な場所で、部屋はとても快適ですが、ベッドは少し硬く、テレビは小さいです。

ホテルの外の施設はとても興味深く、ホテル内にも本格的な温水プールがあり、子供たちはとても楽しく遊んでいました。顔が赤くなった。

結局のところ、地元で長年運営されている有名なリゾートなので、内部施設のほとんどは本当に改修する必要があります。

Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price we paid. We booked this hotel expecting a relaxing family trip, but the experience was poor from beginning to end. The first problem happened at dinner. The restaurant was still open, yet we had a confrontation with a chef who refused to serve us properly and created a very uncomfortable situation in front of other guests. Instead of enjoying our evening, we spent our time dealing with arguments and complaints. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion for our family. The room itself was another major disappointment. The refrigerator was not working, which we only discovered later at night. We had food and milk stored inside, and by the time the hotel replaced the refrigerator, some items had already been lost. A functioning refrigerator is a basic expectation in any hotel room. The most serious issue was cleanliness. We found cockroaches and bugs in the room, including near the bed and in the bathroom. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging these rates. We took photos and videos and reported the issue immediately. The room felt old, poorly maintained, and not at the standard that the hotel advertises. The overall condition did not match the price we paid. What disappointed us most was the way our concerns were handled. We reported the problems, showed evidence, and explained everything, yet there was no meaningful resolution. We left feeling that our complaints were not taken seriously. For the amount we paid, I expected a clean room, working facilities, professional service, and basic hospitality. Instead, we experienced staff issues, a broken refrigerator, insects in the room, and a very frustrating overall experience. I would not stay here again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers

超乎預期的飯店，工作人員親切，房間舒適乾淨，房間沒有地毯，是木地板，而且每房配備空氣清淨機，雖然下雨，但是雨備都很棒，晚上還有偵探遊戲讓小朋友放電，很好玩。值得稱讚的是晚餐與早餐，與一般的飯店不同，皆以快炒台菜為主，晚餐有咕咾肉、桔醬白切雞，早餐有滷肉飯、關東煮、地瓜、稀飯等，非常令人驚艷，原本擔心加價的晚餐與早餐會很類似，結果菜色幾乎不重複，統一真的很用心。唯一需要建議的是廁所燈光較暗，有機會可以調整一下。

安排這兩天一夜的家族旅行，飯店戶內戶外多元設施，符合各取所需的架構，但家人最愛的竟是撞球、桌球活動，這是我們共同交流的場所，會玩的，初次體驗的都盡興。

很適合帶孩子去，館內、館外很多設施，泳池及各種不難但有趣的挑戰設施，小孩玩的開心，大人也可以順便運動一下。
