We were really pleased with our stay in the Atour hotel. The service is really good. The staff helped us with all the requests that we had. They provided the transport to the COVID test place and the Huangshan mountain hiking spot left us totally stress free. They also arranged the transportation from the Huangshan North Railway station to the hotel. The staff member 廖静 Liao Jing provided us all the necessary information in English and she was really kind all the time. She also gave us the advice which places are worth to visit and how much time we should spend there. She also changed our room when we asked for a more quite one that does not face the street. The hotel also provide the free laundry which is a life saver after a long hike. The design of the hotel is modern and all the spaces are super clean. We had an amazing experience in this hotel and if we could we would definitely come back.

Atour hotels are always my first choice, stayed in several already - always beautiful rooms, great amenities, good location and super helpful staff who will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Stayed here before and after my two-fay hike. Hotel arranged pickup from huangshan train station, arranged transfer to the park, helped with pcr test. Breakfast is good. Have real coffee, which isn't common even for five star hotels. It is facing the road, as all hotels in Tangkou do. It's a little noisy, but compared to shanghai traffic it counts as heavenly peaceful for me. Would gladly stay here a few more days and explore the area further.

帶父母和孩子來黃山遊玩，再次選擇了亞朵。入住當天上午就接到了酒店的電話，得知我們將坐大巴到湯口，主動提供了接站服務。大巴出站，酒店就安排了車子接站迅速抵達了酒店。 這次預訂的親子房，房間非常寬敞，保持了亞朵一貫以來的高品質入住體驗。更難得是酒店工作人員的貼心、專業和熱情的服務，從辦理入住的一杯熱茶開始。入住期間，還發生了一段小插曲，由於忘記了行李箱的密碼導致行李無法打開，網上查了各種方法都打不開。當時已是夜裡，尋找開鎖的師傅也不一定能趕來，明天一早還得上山，一家人急成了熱鍋上的螞蟻。無奈之下，我衹能打電話求助酒店工作人員，本來這並非酒店份內之事我未報太大希望，沒想到前台接聽我電話的小姐姐沒有回絕我，還熱心地幫我尋找解決辦法，前台另一位工作人員小張主動提出幫我嘗試一下解鎖。結果，沒過多久，小張幫我們解決了棘手的問題，這讓我們全家都太驚喜了。離店後，收拾房間的工作人員發現了房間裏有我們不小心的遺留物品，熱心幫我們收好第一時間通知我們。 酒店的硬件固然重要，但酒店工作人員想盡辦法幫助客人解決問題的這股子熱情，急客人之所急的服務意識讓我們非常感動，黃山之行更添人情味，讓我們在這寒冬裏倍感温暖。感謝小張，感謝亞朵前台和客房的工作人員，給你們點贊！下次來黃山，還是會堅定再次選擇亞朵！
