2度確認しました。部屋代が高いこと以外は大きな問題はありません。 冬にユンシエ（部屋番号8012）に泊まることはお勧めできませんのでご了承ください。部屋のレイアウトには少し問題があります。バスルームは部屋のドアに面しています。本当に漏れていて少し寒いです。夜にシャワーを浴びない場合は無視できます。

とても良いです。黄山を訪れるなら曙光里が第一選択肢です。 地理的な位置は北海風景区の曙光閣の麓にあり、雲谷ロープウェイで下りるとわずか20分で到着します。賑やかなエリアにありながら、広くて静かなホームステイスタイルのホテルです。ハウスキーパーとスタッフはとても親切で、清掃もタイムリーに行われ、毎日スナック、フルーツ、深夜のシチューを用意してくれました。夕方に食事を注文するのに便利で、食べ物も美味しいです！雲、雨、雪の冬の黄山に会い、夏に別れを告げる

ここ2日間滞在しましたが、値段が高かったこと以外は何も問題ありませんでした。幸運にも雲海、樹氷、杉並木が見られ、霧、雨、大雪も経験できました。強くお勧めします。

ホテルの立地は最高で、黄山で一泊するならここが第一候補です。猿海観峰と石心峰から徒歩10分です。スタッフは温かく、礼儀正しく、誠実で、気質が良いです。室内は床暖房も十分で、設備も充実しており、細部までこだわっています。登山に必要なほぼ全てのアイテムが完璧に揃っています。食事は本格的で、美味しく、健康的で栄養価も高いです。夏に黄山に登りに来たら、またこの場所を選びます。

親子部屋は広くて清潔で衛生的で暖かいです。山頂ホテルの中でもかなり良いブランドだと思います。小さな中庭は素晴らしいスタイルで装飾されており、小さな風景や中国の生け花はすべて高レベルの美しさを備えています。食べ物は確かに高価ですが、食べた後、材料と調理に非常に注意が払われていると感じました。鶏やアヒルの子にはあまり脂肪分の多い飼料を与えておらず、緑の野菜は非常に柔らかいです。次回は黄山双石を試してみようと思います。交通の不便な環境の中で、このような美しく心遣いのある細やかな配慮に本当に感謝しています。 サービス: 私が言ったことすべてに答えてくれて、とても熱心でした。雪が降ると分かったら、アイゼンとレインコートを無料でお送りします！本当に良いサービスです。 山の中で静かな暮らしを楽しむのにふさわしい小さな中庭です。急いで通り過ぎるのはもったいないです。次に裏山に行くときは、あと2日滞在できます。

It was an amazing experience! We felt very welcomed from the first day. The staff is very friendly and always eager to serve all our needs.

Beautiful hotel and amazing service Service is top notch - from the morning even before we checked in, they helped plan our entire route on the mountain, and made sure we were taken care of the entire way - giving us ponchos in case it rained, checking us in early to wash up before another big hike etc. The leg massager is clutch and they'll also prepare a foot bath for you at the end of the day. Room is comfortable and what sets this place apart is the tranquility of the entire complex. The location is quite good too - a decent walk 30 minutes away from the Yunggu cable car, which gives you an "easier out" if you want to exit the mountain without having to hike too much. It's also a short 10-15 minute walk to a great lookout for the sunrise. Food was excellent, balanced and well worth the price, especially considering you're at the top of a mountain. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we came back!

Nothing to complaint as every staffs there take good care of us. We are so relaxed and having a good time enjoying Huangshan and relax at the place.

This hotel is exactly what I expected and even exceeded by expectations in some aspects. The customer service is top notch. I had constant contact with the front desk even before my trip. The also offered free laundry service, which is super helpful considering that we had to bring as little as possible up the mountain. The staff is extremely professional and paid attention to every little detail. I would definitely stay here again. One thing that I wished the hotel had would be airconditioning in the room. It was quite humid and hot at night and we found it difficult to fall asleep. Other than that, everything about this hotel is exceptional!

Superb!!! This resort is perfect to every extent! It’s hard to imagine there is such a high end resort at the peak. The room itself was spotless - the amenities, the decoration, the cleanliness, etc. Every room is an independent small house. It seemed that we were the only clients living here during the Christmas Eve - they gave us the nicest service - super responsive and helpful. Also have to mention that the foods in their restaurant were so delicious!!! It was a perfect Christmas Eve dinner for us!!! Will definitely come again if we have the plan to go back to Huangshan.

Great views and amazing staff. If you can get WeChat to work( highly recommended) traveling to Upcloud is pretty easy. Staff will contact you ahead of time to arrange itinerary. We visited during Chinese exam season so had the whole place to ourselves (8 guests) for 2 nights. All the housekeepers were super helpful and nice. Some even helped entertain the kids when the weather was rainy. The room are all unique with different views and set ups, and accommodations are as luxurious as 5 star hotels in Singapore. Great place to relax and enjoy the view even when the weather is bad. It’s not cheap but well worth the money.
