バンブーホリデーでの滞在は最高でした！ 黄山ハイキングのために2泊しました。ホテルはバスターミナルまで無料で送迎してくれ、帰りは山を下るシャトルバスがホテルの目の前に停車するので、ハイカーにとって理想的なロケーションでした。 朝食はボリューム満点で、ベジタリアンメニューも問題なく用意してもらえました！☺️ ランドリーサービスも利用しましたが、忙しい旅行者にとって大変助かりました。無料のフルーツもいただき、ハイキングコースの詳しいおすすめ情報も教えてもらいました。 部屋は広々としていて設備も充実しており、写真通りでした。 スタッフは皆とても親切で、オーナーは英語を話しますし、他のスタッフとはGoogle翻訳を使って簡単にコミュニケーションが取れました。 黄山北駅からDidi（配車サービス）でホテルまで行くのも簡単で、料金は約15ユーロでした。 全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした！

ホストファミリーはとても親切で寛大でフレンドリーでした！ホテルの内装は居心地が良く温かみがあり、まるで第二の我が家のようでした。モダンで洗練された、アーティスティックなブティックホテルです。隣にはレストランがあり、豊富な種類の料理を提供しています。特にエビ、チキンスープ、野菜料理はおすすめです！オーナーが作るカクテルも絶品です:) 黄山での滞在は本当に思い出深いものになりました！♡

A Little Gem in Huangshan, with Hospitality We Will Never Forget The Bamboo Hotel was one of the most wonderful surprises of our trip. From the very first moment, we found a warm, elegant, and beautifully designed atmosphere, with every detail carefully thought out. It is a true little gem, a charming design hotel where everything reflects taste, care, and attention. But what truly makes this place special are the people. The owner and his entire family are incredibly kind and genuine people. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, looked after, and truly cared for. Their sincere hospitality made our stay even more memorable. They helped us from the very beginning, arranging a driver for us, carefully explaining how to organize our excursion to Huangshan Mountain, and even suggesting what we could do the following day. The owner’s father was so kind that he personally accompanied us to the bus station so we could reach the mountain. Every evening there was always a thoughtful gesture waiting for us: a drink offered after dinner, a coffee, a friendly conversation, and above all, the feeling of being guests of a family rather than simply customers of a hotel. We had a truly wonderful stay and will never forget the hospitality we received. This is a place we wholeheartedly recommend, and we sincerely hope to return one day.

We loved our stay at the Bamboo. It is a beautiful and recently built hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was gorgeous and the location is good to explore the nearby town and as a base from which to explore the Yellow Mountain area. Highly recommended!

Spacious room, furnished very tastefully. Very comfortable common areas, which was very welcome because I needed to work a lot on my laptop. Hosts were very kind and helped us throughout. Bonus points for the extra delicious cocktails at the bar!

People: I appreciate the familiar faces for the reception, housekeeping and restaurant. They are very approachable and they will make sure you are well taken care of. It is easy to make small chats with everyone. It is worth getting acquainted with them. Their dog will politely observe you from a distance. I am not an animal person and I feel very comfortable with the dog. You can't miss Mr Cheng (程). He is always there to make sure your plans are feasible and well executed. He will offer you local wisdom that you can't find on internet, else everyone can game it. Or sometime, securing tickets is just not straightforward from abroad. He can advise. Location: Very near huangshan entrance and a perfect base for the other major attractions. It is also not too near the Huangshan entrance where roads are little more busy and lots of restaurants are pulling for customers. They were kind to fetch me to the Huangshan entrance each time. You can easily hire their regular private drivers through them when you explore further to other attractions. I observed they partner with regulars, so the drivers seem trustworthy. No one dropped me at any tourist trap. You will hear a bit of car traffic if you are still in the room midday. But it is very peaceful at night. Food and service: Service is mostly as good as or better than major hotel chains. They are generous with fresh fruits everyday. I ate at their restaurant most of the time. The menu selection is very comprehensive. You can try many types of Anhui and Huangshang dishes. Good enough that I didnt feel the need to try other restaurants. They give huge servings, so it is hard for a solo traveller to finish. They can do your laundry for you. If they know you are going up the mountain, they will get you covered and provide you hiking sticks and raincoat. Room: The actual room is clean, spacious and as pretty as the photos. The furniture configuration offer little table space for messy people to place their stuff around. You just need to be creative with the room space. Not major issue.

Such a beautiful place! Very nice rooms. Staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is (very Asian) good. Great location. Swimming pool wasn’t very clean and place was not really looked after.

We did enjoy our days in the Bamboo hotel very much. The people are so kind and very attentive. They helped us to plan our visit of the yellow mountains and even handed out raincoats. They allowed us to leave our suitcases within their storage room because we stayed on the mountain overnight. The hotel is made with much love and and many cute details. We thank the entire team for making our stay very pleasant.

Beautiful accomodation with friendly people who helped us with our Huangshan plans - would recommend!!

Excellent boutique hotel with traditional restaurant. We did not see the pool and it seems like there is not really a gym. Overall a very enjoyable stay with warm, prompt and friendly service and very good breakfast set. The restaurant is run by a lovely team of aunties serving traditional local foods. Tea is served while you wait in the lobby, Mr Chen the manager helped with our itinerary and transport to the main tourist hub is provided each day. House dog Doudou is very cute.

I came to climb huangshan in December. The bamboo holiday impressed me and my wife with all of the following: Location:near the bus station Service: impeccable hospitality. The owner sent us to anywhere we wanted to go to in tangkou town. From thw old town to the bustop. And also offered to pick us up after our dinner at the old town Hotel: new hotel with very modern architecture giving a very homely atmosphere. Good sound and heat insulation. Food: very very home cooked. Warmth.. in more than one sense of the word. A true hidden gem.
