ザ エンバシー ホテル(The Embassy Hotel)

Sound enough for the price. I’ve stayed a couple of times and you don’t want a room on the road, the hgv’s pulling out of the docks at 4am aren’t quiet.

Stayed for one evening as a last minute booking (19.30). The room was as clean and warm as the welcome I received. I would happily stay here again- thank you

The hotel served its purpose was just a place to sleep for a night. you don’t see the owner had to ring them to get a code to get into the building and the rooms. only after i booked i was informed the restaurant and bar was shut on a monday tuesday so we had to go out to eat. the parking was just the area where they keep the bins, could fit 2 cars max and only small cars (luckily mine is) as you have to drive through a small gate to get there. the walk to the room felt like miles and had a strong smell of pee everywhere. the room was ok. carpet had a lot of stains and weird smell in the small bathroom. on a lighter note the bed was clean and comfy , tea and coffee provided in the room and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful.

Very basic room. Bed was quite comfortable and clean. Roller blind was bevelled due to heat off radiator. Plaster was coming off wall behind TV. Bathroom sink stained due to dripping tap. Done OK for its purpose as attended a function downstairs.

Check in at anytime with access code to building , But got room at the front and was kept awake by constant lorries needs better windows to block the noise out .

We had our wedding at Embassy and i cannot thank the team enough! they were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! The function room looked absolutely amazing! Some of the family stayed in the rooms and said how lovely it was! Amazing reviews and the breakfast from the guests too! Thank you Embassy for being apart of our special day!

Was noisy someone laughing loud can hear them in my room most off the night. Also shared toilet, had to go upto 3rd floor, i find it difficult to climb the stairs. Would not stay again. Thank you

Ibwas given an upgrade from a single to a double room. The room was newly decorated and for the price was very good value. Ensuite was ok and a decent shower. Im booked again for the next 3 weeks and hoping i am given the same room again. Nice roller blind on the large window kept the light out. Overall a decent hotel especially for the price.

We had our wedding do here at The Embassy in May. I cannot thank Lauren & all the team enough who helped to make our day special (big shout out to Mrs Dixon who made a big effort cleaning up for us) Nothing was too much trouble. Family stayed in the hotel & everyone was happy. The breakfast is the best we’ve ever had. I would recommend going to Gingers within the Embassy, the food is the best. I cannot recommend The Embassy enough if you’re thinking of having a celebration.
