I wish I could give it zero stars booked this hotel for two rooms only to check out within less than an hour this hotel is infested with cockroaches and bedbugs And ‘s full of mold Manager is no help at all tried to rip me off and said they couldn’t refund and only refunded because of the fact that I stated that I’m calling the city of humble on them

Upon arrival, (9:00 pm), there was no one to check us in. After walking around for 5 minutes, I found a lady who was mopping that could help us. Her machines were “down”, so she made a copy of our drivers license AND credit card. Then we got to our room. The door was wide open and there was debris (Sheetrock?) everywhere. The AC unit was dismantled and sitting in the bathtub. We immediately returned to the front desk where we waited for 15 minutes for someone to return. We were finally reassigned a new room.

The hotel, staff and shuttle were excellent. Do need maintenence to check out what needs to be fixed. Bathroom had two lights out and shower tap was running; could not shut it off. Pool and lounging area were great. Very good breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We found this gem,as always on *******. After a little confusion on our booking of 2 similar double Queen suites we got settled into a suite and a normal double Queen room. Luckily they were across each other in the corridor so family was not placed too far apart. It was the new year holiday period so the busyness of the staff was understandable and they did go way above and beyond to rectify the problem. The building is new and old with a beautiful facelift, not too far from the Airport and easy access to the rest of Houston. There is. Shopping mall very close to the hotel with a Target and some other shops to find food and essentials, 600 metres by foot (accord to google map) but if you have a car there is a short loop road 2-3 min drive which will take to a large shopping mall, Costco, Walmart, etc. The hotel shuttle is available to pick and drop you for shopping or visits within a 5 mile radius but we didn’t need to use it. The entrance was newly renovated and reception staff were extremely courteous. The rooms give an antiquated vibe with old carpets with a mild odour that comes with overuse. Over all the rooms were clean, large, comfortable beds and clean linens. The A/C was a life saver as it was 25 deg C in Jan. No insects or cockroaches to be seen contrary to other peoples comments. Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, a waffle maker, bagels, fruit & juices, boiled eggs all available.We had a great stay and will definitely visit again !

The ladies who worked the breakfast area and Mary who worked the front counter were absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The lady at the front desk was great but I contacted the property twice and was assured even a name of driver but when I landed there was no shuttle service and I had to pay an Uber $22.00 to get to the hotel. I’m pretty furious

The entire hotel was without warm water so no showers for us. Were not offered a discount let alone told there was no warm water available.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. There was no shuttle because they didn’t have a driver. I slept $50 on Uber to get back and forth. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known the shuttle would be unavailable.

Reasonable place to stay and handy to airport area. Was clean and comfortable. Staff were good, but check in was a bit painful as the reception guy was struggling with a new system. Overall a good hotel.
