Had a noisy neighbor that was blasting their music until 2am in the morning. Had to call them and ask them to turn the music down because I had work that morning. Thankfully, they did turn their music down.

The staff tries hard but my room was still being cleaned when I arrived at 4pm, meanwhile check-in is 3pm. Also, was only given 1 wash cloth and 1 towel, despite the fact that my reservation is for 2 people. There was no microwave in the room but when I told them, they did give me one very quickly, which was good.

The codes on the doors need to be changed after someone checks out because someone opened my door while I was inside the room.

It was okay. The worker(s) try the best they can but a lot of upgrades need to be made to the rooms.

I checked in and went to the room I spent less then 5 minutes in the room. There were multiple holes in the walls, ceiling, and door. There was a hole in the door to the adjoining room. The bottoms of the walls were yellow. It smelled terribly of cigarettes. There was a flat sheet that was to small for the bed and no fitted sheet, so the bare mattress was showing. I felt unsafe and left. I got in the car drove directly to the holiday inn and booked a room. I called to tell them that I was not coming back and no one would answer me. I never got my money back, but I don’t care I would have paid $500 to get out of there faster. Overall I will never go back and I would recommend that anyone that cares about themselves, family, or children please avoid this unsafe establishment.

We booked for overnight stay. Motel is close to many restaurants and there are shopping center close by. I recommend and I will return looking forward to my next stay.

None of the doors inside the hotel room actually closed, and there was a wide gap in the front door that let in 9 degree cold weather. Heater also didn’t function properly.

On check-in came into the middle of two refunds being issued: one where a room was double-booked and the original guest was being removed, and and one where the heat didn't work (our room was also cold). Room was stained and missing a TV. Codes to the rooms were not changed on a regular basis. This motel was the only place in the National Harbor area that felt unsafe out whole trip. Unprofessional and could not have left a worse impression
