Excellent place to stay to be right next to the beach. Very friendly staff. Lots of walkable dining and shopping options.

$200 doesn’t get you much on a weekday in this area I realize but I expected a little more from this “budget friendly” hotel. The WiFi didn’t reach my room, it had a certain smell and the carpets were kind of dirty. It is across the street from the beach though, which was great.

I paid for the most expensive room, a ground floor suite with an ocean view. While this place looks like a good stay it is purely cosmetic. The bed was terrible, the pillows awful and the linens did not smell clean. In fact the couch was more comfortable to sit/sleep than the bed was. Basically we didn't get a good rest at all and I was overall disappointed in the place. On the plus side it was very convenient to reach the beach, great views and we did enjoy the patio setups very much.

I didn't like that I was charged $15 for not returning the parking pass. I was not told I would get a charge if I did not return the pass. Yes, the pass stated that information. But who reads the fine print on the pass??

morning front desk not friendly, started construction work in upper room before 7AM creating a very loud noisy atmosphere making it impossible to sleep, had to get up!

It was perfectly located to the main street restaurants & the pier. You couldn't complain about the room but it was dated. The building was tired & undergoing some renovations & the noise went on until 7.00pm one day.

Roaches in the room. Spider webs on the ceiling. Construction started at 7am. No one told us. Will not stay there agin

Property is under construction. The first room we were placed in had a trash chute and roll off dumpster on the patio just outside the window. They moved us to a room with no closet, just a flimsy metal rack with hangers in the middle of the room. Staff was not friendly. Towels were new but unwashed before placing them in rooms. Hotel is located near restaurants, shopping, and the beach...which was it's only saving grace.

Had a roaches. Trash cans had old used paper underneath.. the room smelled awful, I will pay 400 a night to stay at such hotel. Such as rip off!!!

This is the third year in a row that I have stayed here and everything is clean staff are very friendly and helpful couldn’t ask for anything more
