It was our 4th time at Serenity Makadi Beach. It really feels like our second home ☺️ The quality of the food is great, the gardens our beautiful and the beach is just great. I little piece of paradise on earth. And of course the friendliness of the staff is super! Many thank again to Ahmed Sayed, Emad Hamdy, Ahmed (Baywatch) and many many others. We can recommend Serenity Makadi Beach to everyone who really want a 5-star luxurious stay in Egypt C U next year ️☀️

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday at the start of January 2024. The resort is very quiet at this time of year which I think made it all the more relaxing. Sunshine for all 7 days and the snorkelling from the jetty was superb. I particularly enjoyed the relaxation pool and sitting at the swim up bar having a few drinks. Food has been excellent throughout with plenty of options - including for my vegetarian wife. Every single member of staff made us feel welcome. The grounds are kept beautifully maintained and it was lovely to walk around during the day. Whilst I was at the swim up bar keeping the barman busy, my wife was enjoying the gym and yoga sessions too. Would definitely return again!

Fantastic holiday, beautiful surroundings 4 star accommodation as looking a bit tired in areas ( but nothing that would effect your stay ) with 5 star service as the staff really can’t do enough for you. Food of a high standard and good selection of all inclusive drinks and cocktails. Not the place to stay if you are looking for a beach holiday as the only way to swim in the sea is off a pier but the snorkelling was great. We would defiantly come back.

I want to come here again! Everything was beautiful and special thanks to Ahmed (he works near Relax pool)! He was very nice and helped us during the whole holiday.

The hotel is beautiful, welcome drinks on arrival, amazing views, pools cleaned everyday, ample choice of food and drinks, room cleaned daily by a lovely housekeeper new design on the bed every morning, all staff very efficient.

The hotel was amazing. The food was delicious and everything was always clean. There were so many swimming pools and you can enjoy this hotel if you like a bit of rest, but also if you love the entertainment in an other pool. The entertainment really tries his best to connect people and are always super happy! The only thing I missed was that we couldn’t really go out nearby. But the entertainment team really filled the evening with nice talks and a show every evening. They also really ask for your honest opinion everyday together with the reception to make your stay perfect. Big compliments to the whole staff!!

The hotel territory really impress. Palm trees, flowers and lawn create a great impression. Cuisine is really very tasty. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy different national dishes and dishes from different cuisines of the world. The staff is very friendly and is ready to help in various matters. We had problem with connecting our laptop to wi fi and guys in reception kindly helped us with this problem. Animation team is great. Guys on pontoon carefully monitor situation at the sea and if you are interested, can tell you some interesting facts about sea inhabitants. 10 days isn’t enough for this magnificent place. You want to stay much longer.

We were 3 girls and one of us even arrived with crutches. We felt very comfortable! The resort has everything your heart desires. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned with love every day. Very nice service, very nice team, very nice resort!!! Outstanding!!! We can recommend it.
