Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort - Hurghada

We spent 8 days at the resort. And we have very good time. A lot activity for all people. Kids. Grown up A lot of entertainment everyday something new Variety of food suits all appetites. The crew and service are superb. I will visit pickalbatros over and over again E Gerges

We have returned to this wonderful hotel for the sixth time, and it never disappoints! Conveniently located close to the airport, it’s the perfect place for a stress-free vacation. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the food is absolutely delicious. There are multiple swimming pools, each offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience. For families, the children's attractions are fantastic, keeping the little ones entertained all day long. The evening animations are a highlight, offering fun and entertainment for all ages. The staff, especially those working at the pool bar ( melody bar)are truly amazing and make every stay unforgettable with their friendliness and excellent service. We can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely keep coming back!

It was a great stay with kind and nice staff. From poolboys to service staff all was amazing and made our trip more wonderful. This hotel is really big and you could also use the two hotels next to it, where you find different offers for example a big aqua park. We liked also the evening program for adults and kids. The program changed every day, so you had much variety. We will come back very soon after the summer time, because this is too hot for us.

Service, pool, personal, food, activities was excellent, very clean, all i want is much activities for adult day &night

Arrival just before 9 at night, first impressions wasn’t good.. went to Ali-Bi restaurant just under reception It was due to close - these was cold chips rice and steak and gravy. We thought it looked like it needed a good clean to be honest. The steak we couldn’t eat it. Tough as old boots. Any way in the morning our first breakfast we went to Mediterranean restaurant… it’s was very nice Freshly baked bread, fresh waffles, omelettes, and eggs.. Loved it so much we had every meal here. The staff absolutely great couldn’t do enough for us. Especially Mohamed Reda Our Room was cleaned to a high standard everyday These was blood on my bed sheet the first night - not from me. So I took it off and it was changed the next morning. My friend was asked for €10 euros off Karem Mobarak. When she said she didn’t have any euro he then went to another table and asked other guess… I took a photo of his name badge. Needless to say he wasn’t happy. We had a problem getting into our room the cards just wouldn’t work 4 days out of 5 They told us we are keeping them near our phones We had a card done at reception left it in the cardboard holder, went straight to our room and it wouldn’t work… we were told they would get someone to fix it. But it was never repaired. Lobby bar staff were incredible. Cocktail was stunning. I would say to people staying at this hotel to be mindful of the staff.. working long hours and high temperatures.. we got some staff Pepsi. These enough waste in the all inclusive. So please be kind to the staff. Last thing I’ve never stayed anywhere with such rude people who never smile and never say Thank you to the staff….

Nice place. U stay in 1 hotel but can use all 3! The rooms are good and comfortable. The HK are just great, everything shines, if you need something they will definitely do it for you. The service is excellent, the bartenders are very fast and funny, the bar in the pool is wonderful, you can sit in the water and drink your favorite cocktail. In the sister hotel there is a place for adults only, there is a pool &bar overlooking the sea, everything is very quiet and peaceful. But if you want have some fun, then welcome to the aqua park, there are not many slides, but you can spend one day there. Great vacation overall!)

Rooms are very nice, decent size, clean and aircon was perfect and well needed! The grounds were kept very clean Pools very good and vibe on a daytime was perfect, couldn’t fault the daytime in this hotel Sun loungers very comfortable, nice thick mattresses on them All staff we came across very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you! Food was average, can’t really say it’s 3 restaurants as it’s all under one roof with a slight partition in between the ‘3 restaurants’ Highly recommend the curry made by the Indian chef, very tasty Alcoholic spirits not great so we struggled with the alcohol as they were local spirits but the Pepsi and Diet Pepsi was great! Recommend the Neverland dinner show which is included if your holiday was booked with certain tour operators (TUI was included) Evening entertainment across the 3 hotels was massively lacking, we were in bed every night for 10pm and usually we’re night owls, that’s the main thing that would put us off coming to this hotel again

Amazing holiday here at Aqua Blu. The hotel is beautiful and clean, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Around the Melody Bar was a great atmosphere and the bar staff were always happy to help. There was an excellent choice of food across all the restaurants and I could not recommend enough. The animation team were amazing especially, love it!
