まず、Trip.comは部屋代として160.57ドルを請求しましたが、到着時の領収書には137ドルしか支払っていないと記載されていました。一体どこに差額が入ったのでしょうか？ その後、事態はさらに悪化しました。 窓が開かない。 カップやカトラリーはひどく汚れている。 バスルームは清掃が行き届いていない。 タオルは小さすぎて掛ける場所がない。 バスルームの照明が非常に暗い。 エアコンの調整ができない。 さらに、ベッドメイキングをしたところ、シーツに血痕が付いていた。 全体的に見て、非常に不快な体験でした。

モーテルは「キングウィリアムロード」の近くにあり、そこにはショップ、カフェ、レストランがあるのでとても便利です。また、市内中心部行きのバス停が角にあるので、全体的にとても便利です。洗濯物を取りに行くためにランドリーを開けてもらうよう2回お願いしなければなりませんでした。午後6時以降は閉まっていたのですが、私が到着したのは午後6時10分で、受付の人は最初は受け取ってくれませんでした。たった30秒しかかからなかったのに。

サービスは素晴らしかったし、お願いしたことは全て問題なく対応してもらえた。ただ、清掃をもっと徹底して、設備をアップグレードする必要があると思う。

市内からは少し離れているが、市内のホテルより安いので泊まる価値はある。

Jasper Motor Inn is one of the few motels in the southern suburbs of Adelaide and is a good location for those wishing to be close to the residential areas of Unley. It is close to a strip of restaurants on King William Road. It provides free parking right outside your own hotel room. Since all the rooms are on the Ground Floor, there is no need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs as is the case with some motels. It is also quieter than motels with 2 stories as there are no guests in rooms above you. There were quite a lot of guests with large vans from out of town. Rooms are small but functional and good for a 1 night stay. Reception has limited hours. There are no dining facilities onsite.

Very wonderful service of the reception and house keeping. Especially the receptionist “Julie”. The top customer services. Thanks a lot. Very comfortable place.

Immediately upgraded me to a better room at my request due to a noise issue in the first suite with a small fee payable. I had a lovely night, and the service was fantastic. Great location and excellent value for money. Thanks 😊
