Hotel Rukmini Riviera

Located at a stone throw distance from lakdikapul metro station, this place is very convenient to reach from nampally station. I stayed with my wife and two kids from 29 to 31 december in Non Ac room and overall its a decent stay. We need to follow up with the room service for getting towels, soaps, water kettle and other accessories but its ok aslong as you get it. Staffs were courteous and room though old are maintained reasonably well and bathrooms are clean, well maintained and taps are proper with hot water provisions although the fittings are old. Complimentary Breakfast is good and restaurant too is decent.. Overall i can rate this 7.5 out of 10

The room was spacious, but the service was very poor. The room did not even had a coffee maker when we checked in despite being claimed as executive room. After three reminders the coffee maker was given sans supply. After two days of stay, we got some supply of sugar in a bowl and some tea bags that's also only in one room (we booked two so called executive rooms). The milk powder never came. The restaurant for pure vegetarians is really good, both service quality and taste.
