The hotel is conveniently located about 100 m from the city's newest and most popular mall - Palas Mall - and  the The Palace of the Romanian Culture (Palatul Culturii). The rooms are very clean although the furniture in the rooms may need some upgrading. The buffet breakfast is varied and delicious. We loved our stay at Hotel Moldova and would come back again any time. 

I booked a room with a queen bed and got a room with two single beds. The thermostat didn't allow adjustments of room temperature. The weather was pretty warm, centralized heating was on and as it was very hot in the room. The small fridge was not working properly having ice build inside. The hotel location is great, and the included breakfast was excellent.

Hello, Had the new year night in this hotel. Very clean, location is the best in the city with a nice view. Very good breakfast and very warm in the rooms Would recommend it without any doubt.

Cazarea a fost făcută peste Trip.com, cu achitare online pe 1 noiemrie 2025. Doamna de la receptie a fost foarte putin amabila si prima data auzise de trip.com si a zis ca nu stie ce este asta si ca nu ne gaseste in baza. A zis sa ne lamurim singuri si ca e problema noastra. Asa o prostie din partea hotelului o vad prima data. Ne-a pus in stres si grija. Foarte urit din partea ei ca din necunostinta ne face noua griji, peste 30 min a telefonat cuiva si iau zis ca bronarea este. Fara nici o scuza ne-a dat cheia si parca nu a fost nimic. *************************, nu recomand acest hotel.

Just stayed for one single night. Location is great ,but the location need refurbishment.Room was clean ,but bath is a bit wear out.If not pretentious, the location make perfect spot

Value for money. Looks a bit old but a nice place and very central. I would choose again.

The staff is polite and always ready to help — you can really feel their professionalism and care for guests. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, with a good selection of dishes for every taste. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to major attractions and transportation. Overall, Moldova Hotel is a great place for both leisure and business trips. It was a large hotel, rooms were comfortable. We voted this hotel during our roadtrip to have the best water pressure. Nice hot shower. HIghly recommend: Take the 18min walk to Casa Bolta Rece restaurant for the BEST TRADITIONAL ROMANIAN Food EVER!!
