Fantastic place to stay as you can see beach right from the hotel. Budget friendly prices and nice location. What else do we need

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The hotel is supposed to be for adults only. Guests came back to the hotel all night long and were very loud. Guests should be told at reception that they should be quiet when they wake up at night go to the room. Kein Empfang von Deutschen TV-Sender.

A short walk from the bus station, very very friendly and accommodating staff and a nice view of the bay from our room! A lovely time would definitely go back.

The location is fantastic. But of course it is loudy even during the nights.

The staff were so helpful and polite. The property was very clean indeed and it was so central to everything. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Swimming pool closed due to renovations , rooms need updating , bathroom tiny and narrow

Comfortable and big bed in a hotel with a great position

We spent 9 wonderful nights in this practical, clean and ideally-located budget hotel option, directly opposite the beautiful Figueretas beach. In terms of luxury, you get what you pay for, so don't expect 5 star however the rooms are clean, modern and spacious with small terraces, free WiFi and exceptional staff. Plenty of food options around, ample on street parking and a 12 minute walk to Ibiza old town makes this excellent value for money.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. They were knowledgeable and able yo help you book activities at a discounted rate. The rooms were nice with air conditioning and a nice balcony to enjoy the view from. We got to overlook the old ibiza town. It was less then a minute walk to the beach and was surrounded by restaurants with a market across the street so staying stocked on snacks and water was so so easy. The store also carried mix and liquor. I would definitely recommend this to friends.
