Nightmare- we did not stay 1 night - did not receive money back - left immediately - mold everywhere- broken electricity and Glas all over the place - we travelled with 1 child - beds and sheets all wet - we have seen 3 rooms, all with mold and stink that we got red eyes - do not book - it’s terrible - permission to rent this place should be denied , absolutely not suitable to families or individuals

Very friendly staff and flexible. I didn't have any requests to them to be flexible though. The breafast and service was good, villa and surroundings were mainteined very well and clean. Very Friendly staff, would like to stay there again.

Our 4 night stay was a nightmare from the off. The only option after flight cancellations; done through *********** and looked family friendly and clean from the info on line. All the rooms were filthy; mildew, dust, bugs in the bath, outdoor furniture left wet after rain, leaves, algae in the coffee maker, crawling with ants; it was hideous. The pool was full of debris, the beds and pillows around the pool covered in mildew, sun umbrellas broken. Communal seating areas were disgusting - there was tobacco everywhere! Breakfast was all bought from Lidl; nothing like the quality depicted in the photos. All the staff made us feel like an inconvenience - so much for hospitality! We are not a demanding group and asked for very little but every request was met with a grumpy response. We had two very serious incidents whilst staying here; the wooden pole on a pool side umbrella broke and almost hit a 3 year old in our group. It took them 5 hours to take it away and replace it with another. It got worse; one of the cleaners pushed my 6 year old daughter into the pool. This lady had never interacted with my daughter before and had no knowledge of her ability to swim. It could have been a very serious situation. No member of staff should EVER touch a guest, let alone a child and under no circumstances push someone into a pool. My daughter was so upset she didn't come out of her room again. No official apology, nothing from ***********; we were told our only option was to call the police. Disgraceful, they should be shut down.

My family, our friend and her young daughter have just left 4 days of hell at Can Guillem. We made this booking due to our flight being cancelled in the air traffic control nightmare so not much choice with it being the height of season. We went with Can Guillem as it seemed to look safe, clean and child friendly. How wrong we were! From the get go we were treated as total inconveniences. Really passive aggressive welcome (If you can call it that) on arrival. We were given no information about facilities, rooms and grounds. On being walked over to our room I found myself apologizing for the last minute booking. To which the manager said ‘last minute, try last second’ I mean, come on, this is a hotel that we have paid a lot of money for. Not to mention we are clearly tired, stressed and needing to calm our young children after a day of airport madness. The room my Daughter and I stayed in was dark, damp and had such an overbearing air freshener smell (to hide the damp)it made us feel very unwell. This was supposedly the nicest room of the three. Breakfast was supposed to start at 8am so when we arrived the next morning with three very hungry young children we were told they weren’t ready and to come back later. Breakfast is from 8am not at 8am, I was told.Eventually when we did come back we were shocked to find a really poor choice of buffet which all seemed like very basic, cheap produce from Lidil and stale. Burnt croissants, stale milk, awful awful AWFUL coffee, wasps floating in the juices and were flying just about everywhere. Very unfriendly staff who literally tutted in our faces if we asked for something as basic as a fork or napkin. As we were pretty much stranded at this place we tried to make the most of it by staying by the pool with the children. To start the pool was absolutely filthy. There were these odd mattresses / loungers which were covered in filthy sheets. The parasol broke and nearly hit my three year old son in the face. We asked for help to have it moved and given another for shade and they didn’t do it until 5 hours later. And just when you felt things couldn’t get anyone worse we had a 6yr old child in our party thrown into the pool by a member of hotel staff. This outrageous action has been completely ignored by both the Hotel where this incident happened and *********** who is the company we booked the rooms from. They out it down to just play. What the hell! To say we are shocked and upset is an understatement. No available free drinking water on site. With three young children and temps reaching 34degrees how can this even be legal? Ants all over the place and going into our room. When asked about it we were given a can of bug spray and told to go sort ourselves. I could go on and on but I’d be here all day. The only positive is that the gardens look quite nice. Believe me nothing looks like the pictures on booking in real Life though. It’s very deceiving! Not normally one to rant or even b

We got so spoilt by the lovely team. Beautiful location, super close to the action and yet off the beaten track and feels like another world of quiet with wonderful views, surrounded by Oliver groves. We loved exploring the tropical garden of trees, plants and birds. Swimming, walks, great nights sleep, spoiling breakfast. Thank you

Lovely location and a beautiful house. Hosts were very welcoming, room was clean and peaceful. The grounds were well kept too and breakfast was delicious (that homemade cake was great!).

I stayed here for 5 nights. Also my parents, my bro with his wife and three daughters, all stayed here too - We all thought it was great. - Comfortable, well appointed, not too formal, rustic, peaceful. Small fridge in the room. Friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast. Nice pool. You need a car, but thats a bonus on ibiza, as Taxi's are often in short supply. Would stay again.

WORST hotel experience of my life. Management is NO where to be found on the hotel property. Completely overpriced for the middle of no where countryside shack we stayed in. The rooms were small, dark and smelled humid. The beds also very uncomfortable. They could not provide us with soap and only had shampoo available. Location is horrible be prepared to either rent a car or pay (and wait) a ton of money on taxis just to get to the city. AND they overcharged me know night which I had cancelled. Have written to management multiple times with not even the decency of a response. I truly have no words and have never felt so appalled, disappointed and robbed. I never even leave bad reviews but I feel like I should warn anyone considering staying here. The only plus I will say is the breakfast provided was good, but still not worth the amount of money we spent and the horrific experience we had.

We, a family of five, had an awful experience. We had to cancel briefly because my daughter got Covid but then we managed to get out to Ibiza and because we did not want to lose our deposit and we did not want Can Guillem to be unable to fill rooms. I promptly asked Tony the manager/owner not to sell the villa that we would had booked as we were able to get out but he had ignored my email and sold the room. He reorganised some dates and we came out at a later time I asked him for a price several times in UK and on arrival but Tony didn’t give it to me. This I suspected was dodgy and I was right he made money on letting my villa and put me in cheaper rooms but charged me the price of the Villa. We had to move three times to 5 different rooms all of which had something wrong with them. We had agreed to move but we were meant to have help with our luggage and we didn’t. The villa we did have for 2 nights was dark and dirty. In all rooms the pillows and beds were cheap and uncomfortable. The personal hot tub was dirty and full of sand. In one room Aircon dripped on the floor all night - I had to put towels down to stop the noise. In another room the flush got stuck and kept going the whole time. At breakfast there weren’t enough glasses, coissants or plates and when the table was cleaned, the mats weren’t when we moved onto the table despite being in Covid times. The ingredients was cheap, cheap warm yogurt and tomatoes with no flavour etc…There were wasps around the tiny pool and I had never been stung before but I was here! There weren’t enough sunbeds for everyone and you had to ask for towels all the time for the pool and room. The safe didn’t work in one room and for another one you had to use a key as the keyboard was bust. There were no shampoos or conditioners just a generic pot that was filled up with who knows what we used as the shower gel. The whole place lacked a special vibe and seemed to lack of staff. We have been to cheaper places in Ibiza and had much better rooms, service, food and vibe, it lacked any character whatsoever. In fact this was the most we’ve paid in Ibiza ever and we felt ripped off. We will not be returning. (I just want a special mention to Juan and his wife as they were lovely and deserve to work somewhere better.)
