Buda bi yana acente ile aralarındaki iletişimsizliği müşteriye yansıtmaları çok abesle iştigal, bu bi kenara verdikleri oda rezalet ötesi insan gerçekten utanır odada klimanın kumandası arızalı çalışmıyor, TV nun kumandası yok bile, mini buzdolabı dahi yok kesinlikle önermiyorum

Where do I begin! As an annual traveller, we have been to many places, stayed in different starred accommodations and always made the holiday our own. I have never felt the need to complain, because I have always expected what I paid for, but that has all changed after my last trip. We looked at a decent priced trip to the Mersoy hotel in Ichmeler, turkey. After looking at the reviews, which was given 4/5 on trip advisor, as I always do, we arrived after a delay at 3.45am at the hotel. We were put in a room in one of the 3 buildings they have. My god. I never complain as stated, but when you walk into a room that has black mould up the wall of the shower, holes in walls and headboard, a funky smell, a hole in the wall were the tv once was and a single sheet for a double bed. My partner was not happy so we proceeded to reception to get a room change. We were told to come back at 10am to see if anything was available. We tried breakfast in the morning and vowed never to eat in there again. Normally I will eat anything and have done everywhere . We finally got another room, a bit better and cleaner but still not up to the standard of a 4*. Never going to turkey again all inclusive. This has put me right off. Food rubbish, drink rubbish, room not cleaned once in a week, had to rob towels and toilet rolls off cleaners trolley all week. Just an absolute s***hole.

After being 9 hours late no room ready had to walk 10 minutes up the road with my disabled partner only to find we had to climb 5 flights of stairs for a temporary accommodation worst food we have ever had the staff were not interested in helping us in any way ignorant and to top it all off last few days of holiday had a smart watch and wireless charger stolen from our room witch was reported immediately but nothing was done about it absolutely appalling experience of our lives

We stayed at the Mersoy/Exclusive. We stayed in the front hotel which was very clean, got rooms done everyday. We could use the adult only pool in the Mersoy sister hotel, nest door. Which was really good. Bar men at adult only pool were excellent and very friendly. Ihan and the other young guy who worked with him were very polite, friendly and all round very good. Food at hotel was ok, like many a variety everyday could’ve been better. But lots to choose from even if salads, bread and fruit. The entertainment at night was ok, mostly Turkish. But we were in Turkey. The staff were friendly, treat people as you want to be treated and you get a good service

This hotel is probably the worst I have ever stayed at. We booked for the Mersoy Exclusive, only to be shown to a loft room in the adjacent Mersoy Bellavista! When we complained we were moved to a “better room”. Neither of these rooms were clean. The facilities mentioned, most do not exist - kettles in rooms, safe in room - chargeable (but no receipts provided for payments - call me cynical!!) The food, I have thrown better quality away - and it was rarely hot, Levi g us no choice but to eat out for most meals. It was five days before our bedding / towels were changed - and only then because we demanded it. Pool /Snack bar serves drinks only.! The poolside was littered and unkempt. Concrete steps were crumbling. Staff were either disinterested or dismissive. Everyone guest spoke to had a similar story to tell. This was my first holiday in two years - and was marred by this experience. The holiday booking company placed the blame squarely on their “local agent” as they weren't able to visit and review the hotel for themselves.

We have just returned from one of the best holidays. The hotel is situated in a very charming place! Hotel staff Very helpful and friendly Room service great thank you Sevgi Sevda Taner. Our safety was supervised by Angelo who was always at night. And of course the entire crew who rose to their duties. Names cannot be mentioned. I recommend the hotel which is really nice in relation to the price. Thank you very much for the holiday on behalf of myself and the family!

Where do I start the rooms was very dirty wardrobes was falling apart and the balcony was very tiny couldn't even sit on it the food was absolutely horrible same thing every every night there was nothing really for the children to eat so if you have a fussy child I wouldn't even bother the pull area was dirty drinks spilled everywhere and didn't wipe up and there was glass in the pool

Worst hotel ever, rooms are filthy, food is inedible, pool is not clean, decor throughout is tired but the most disgusting thing about it is that it is also filthy. Fridge is disgusting, wouldn’t store anything in it as it’s full of mould. Bathroom is disgusting with cleaning clearly not taking place, ***** hair in all the plug hole of the bath. Towels with god knows what on them, looked like faecal matter. Taps and soap holder filled with years of grime. The dressing table is disgusting, the excuse given by staff was that it was nail varnish. Staff also said that the pictures which swayed our decision to book this hotel were from their other sections of the hotel known as the Bella Vista. The staff member at night said he could do nothing and to wait until morning, we waiting until morning and reception staff also would not do anything. Food and drinks on plates that other hotel members had eaten were just left at random points throughout the hotel. Our room smells like sewage as did my mothers. There were wires hanging out of the wall. Another of our party cannot lock their room. They don’t even have a fridge. Also don’t book thinking you will get a double bed as the beds were single and when we asked about this we were told there were no double rooms just twin rooms. I was supposed to be staying here the next 10 days. The manager was eventually available after many attempts to make contact. He said to meet us at 2PM and he did not show. He explained that all U.K. company’s advertising his hotel were doing it falsely and that it was not his fault. They don’t have double beds only twins . He assured us that no one was kicking anyone out but he would not take accountability for the filth throughout nor would he refund our money. We have tried several times to resolve this now with zero care from any of the staff at all. We were even told it’s simple call your agent and get another hotel. We have done that too with no resolve, It’s a filthy, disgusting hotel Claims that things aren’t open because of COVID 19 is simply rubbish as that was in 2019. After 2 hours sleep since Saturday we have changed hotels and left. No refunds, no apologies, just smirks as we left with all our bags. This is the worst hotel you could fall for and until the manager actually works out splitting his hotels correctly, this will undoubtedly suck many people in. If you are thinking of booking don’t as non refundable rooms will be the excuse for leaving you out of pocket as we are. Thanks Mersoy exclusive for the most exclusively awful hotel experience we have ever had in our lives. Top notch grime everywhere. Also securing your belongings in a safe costs £25 which even your receptionist laughed at. One staff member in reception had one of our party members in tears as he had told her she was kicked out of the hotel for complaining. Hotel location is great (central to everywhere ) plus only a 5 minutes walk to beach Rooms not very modern but clean (cleaners in every day). Food is OK Pools are good Eyup and staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay . Mersoy friends see you all again very soon

Visited the hotel last year with my kids and family hotel was good rooms were clean and stocked with plenty of toilet roll cleaner in everyday fresh towels and bedding provided, pools good and were clean , reception staff and manager eyup very helpful answered any queries we had , also very friendly . Location of the hotel very good everything close by and the beach a short distance away .
