Place was clean and comfortable. How every check-in experience was not great. They gave keys to the room that somebody checked out and wasn’t cleaned. When I called reception, they asked me to go down and get keys to new room. No sincere apology given. If I was the manager here, I would have asked the staff to come up and give me keys to the new room with a sincere apology. That’s what I call customer service.
