Location is hurible and hardly to find, so many heavy doors to pull find used towel

Great trip and I did enjoy myself

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We go away all the time and stay in hotels for the night. This is by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, we paid £170 for the night thinking the hotel would be a nice clean place to stay and it was one of the most disgusting hotels weve ever been in. There are stains everywhere and looks like it’s not had a proper clean for ages. It was so disgusting that we got moved rooms and that was just as bad with liquid dripping down the wall that hadn’t been cleaned and dirty marks all over the base of the bed and the carpet, these weren’t stains either ir was something that could of been cleaned and wasn’t. It was that bad they offered a 3rd room and we declined and went straight down the street and paid for a travel lodge for £110, £60 cheaper and was a lot better and cleaner than that disgusting place. The whole place is disgusting and they have the cheek to charge £170. Stay in the travel lodge down the road it’s 10x cleaner and cheaper. We still haven’t had our £50 deposit back either. The whole place is a dirty scam. DO NOT STAY!!!!!!!!

omg what can I say this place was on another level of horrible. vomit on the bathroom floor of the first room and the second room was even worse absolutely discussing in 52 years of staying in hotels this wins hands down. Thought I’d scored myself a right result with a late check out for 12.00 only to be woke up at 7.30 with jack hammers I kid you not. I tried to do a video of how bad the room was however I’m serious you couldn’t here my voice over the drills and hammering that was going on in the hotel. I could go on and on and on however think I’ve said enough I’ll post the video on Facebook and check it out yourselves and make your own minds up it’s worth a watch as it’s hilarious 😂

I would have given more stars, but I find 5 star reviews less believable when there are negative reviews. I stayed at the signature when I flew over for a funeral. The room was clean and smelt pleasant with clean fairly new carpet, the sheets were crisp and white, the towels were soft and white and the shower room was clean, fairly new and white also. The staff were really good and helpful and really pleasant. If I could give 4.5 stars I would - as i'd take off a half star for the noise (but its in the centre of Ilford, so there is bound to be noise). Its a 3-star hotel, not the Ritz, but I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to other people.

No blinds so sun was belting in the room at 5:30am. constant stinking odour in the building no fan or AC room was like an oven could not open the windows fully as well all Night had like 3 hours sleep. No parking only really expensive car park in mall Terrible experience would not return at half the price. The hotel itself is on a really rough patch with beggars bums and crazies all on the streets as well

Slight issue with an expired debit card causing my booking to be cancelled on my arrival but the person at the desk was brilliant in sorting this issue, room was great, location is perfect for access to underground, would definitely go back
