Good hotel to be fair. Staff is kind and respectful. You should try their Anatolian soup. The room is clean and well maintained. I don’t know what else to say there because I am still there haha. However one thing I can say that guests are mainly German, polish and Russian.

The room clean everyday nice and clean shower, the staff at Hotel very friendly and helpful always at hand, Hotel area lounge very satisfactory and reception with snacks / juice drink provided everyday… Diner, very nice and clean food is plentiful and all the beverages is good alcohol is waiter service with a smile and***

The hotel and staff are amazing and loved are away here. Food rhe bwat and drinks wow. I'm satisfied with the service I'd come back here. Clean rooms they do alot for you were happy 1😀😀😃😃😃😃😃 the roo m clean pools and spa spotless couldn't do enough for use 5 star definitely 😀

I have just had a week here and it was my friends 57th wedding anniversary and my partners 70th birthday ,I can’t talk more highly of this hotel , the customer service was outstanding extremely friendly and attended to our every need , I wanted to dress the table get a cake and champagne to surprise my partner for his birthday and the wonderful guest relations manager arranged it and pulled out all the stops ,my friends came back to their room to find beautiful swan sheets on there beds , I would highly recommend this hotel for your holiday.

We had absolutely great stay, truly we can recommend this hotel, great place to stay, great hospitality. Beach walking distance, shopping centre, so close to Ancient City. Guest Relations Manager Huseyin he was very attentive, helpful always there when we needed his advice and support. Huseyin is a true asset to this hotel :-)

The hotel is nice, clean and beautiful, especially the Lobby area.A comfortable place to relax. There’s variety of foods and is very well prepared.Hygiene is very good. The kitchen staff is friendly. The receptionists are kind and helpful. The workers in the restaurant work hard, but they always give us a smile and an excellent service. The massage people were good professionals, ( Yusuf and Linda) -kind and lovely. In overall the hotel offers everything you need. The manager, Hyseyn was kind and helpful, always ready to help. The staff were friendly, always ready to assist. Variety of menu t choose. Kitchen staff are waiting on guests to give them a good experience. The Manager Huseyin is always around, asking guests what they need. Bedroom spacious and clean Peaceful environment Beach and shops minutes walk away

The Hotel has an amazing team of staff. The food is great, with varieties to choose from. I was there with my wife to celebrate her Birthday and we never wanted to leave. I will definitely like to visit this hotel again. Huseyin is the Guest Relation Manager has outstanding customer service experience and he gives unique satisfaction to everyone that has to seek his help. I am quite impressed 💯% -Samuel

Really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were really clean ( daily change of bedding towels etc). Really friendly staff with the guest best interests at heart. Good variety of cocktails to drink. Food was good. Would defo come back in the future but probably on the warmer months.

The hotel was really nice and the staff very friendly and helpful, the cleaners also always made the room immaculate with fresh sheets bedding and towels everyday ! The food was okay but not to much selection therefore you always end up eating similar things but if you like to eat out then this isn’t a problem, there also wasn’t any entertainment therefore you have to taxi if you enjoy the nightlife

Not for English rate this hotel a 3 star some of the food was meant to be hot but was cold . Reception was rude and not helpful, paid extra for suite room and they put us above a night club . Omelette was nice soup was Luke warm .be careful of anex rooms they are over the over side of the road

food was fresh and tasty, had to walk a little bit to the beach, but the distance is okay, personnel was helpful, the hotel doesn’t have a lot of territory. the view from our room balcony was beautiful, a lot of shops in the surrounding area. overall, i would recommend this hotel for people who don’t have very big expectations, it is a simple nice hotel :))

Denize o kadar yakınki shuttle ı hiç kullanmadık. Denize sıfır olan birçok otelden daha yakın. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Özellikle lobi barda gündüz duran kıvırcık saçlı kadın barmen, akşam gelen tecrübeli olan barmen hem işini çok iyi yapan hem de iletişimleri çok iyiydi. Pide ustası olağanüstü çıtır ve lezzetli pidelerini hergün kıymaĺı ve peynirli olarak çıkartıyor ve çok içten ve işiñi çok seviyor. Yemekler: Kırmızı ve beyaz etler, kaliteli, lezzetli, çok güzel pişiriliyor. Mezeler çok çok iyi. Tatlılar, ama özellikle sütlaç ve puding müthiş. Gözlemeci hem çok güleryüzlü hem çok güzel isteğimize göre gözlemeler yapıyor. Tabağımıza aldığımız her şeyi yedik, çünkü hepsi çok lezzetliydi. Rakı yeni rakı verildi. Ķokteyler hazır ama çok güzeldi. Üst düzey 20 ye yakın otele giden bir aile olarak, beklentimiz çok üst düzey değildi ancak bu otellerden çok daha iyi yemekler yiyerek daha iyi hizmet aldık. Satış ve pazarlama müdürü Bayram Bey ile tanışıp tatilimiz hakkında geribildirimde bulunurken kendisini de çok tebrik ettik. Gerçekten işini çok müşterileri ve memnuniyeti önemseyen, okumlu omumsuz geridönüşleri dikkate alan, içten ve profesyonel bir otel yöneticisi. Eğlence beklemiyorsanız, sakin ve keyifli bir tatil istiyorsanız harika bir tercih olur. Nisan ayında gitmemizin bir etkisi olabilir ancak genel olarak müşteri memnuniyetine önem veren bir anlayış hakim olması genel olarak her mevsimde tercih edilebileceğini gösteriyor.
