Aydinbey King's Palace & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

We have spent 10 wonderful days at the Aydinbey Kings Palace. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with a nice drink and collected our bags from the car and then showed us to our wonderful sea view room. The hotel is recently refurbished and has everything you need for a relaxing break away. We treated ourselves to a few massages in the spa, the masseuse was excellent and quickly identified what issues my husband had without us having to tell them and gave us tailor made massages to help relieve our joint and muscle problems. It was our first time in Turkey and the people are so friendly and the staff at the hotel are so attentive and are genuinely happy to serve you drinks and chat to you, everyone from the cleaners to the management are all very friendly and welcoming and are happy to help you. There are lots of staff that we would like to mention but unfortunately we can’t remember all of their names, sorry, but Zeynep in reception was very helpful and booked us into the al a carte restaurants twice, the Italian restaurant and the seafood restaurant and both were excellent. Once again, we would like to thank each and every member of staff for all the hard work they do, they all work long hours and always have a welcoming smile. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we walked through the door the staff approached us. Gave us a seat and a glass of bubbly whilst we got booked in and the bell boy went our car and collected our cases for us. This hotel is one of the best hotels that we have ever saved in. We could not recommend this to you enough. All of the staff are fantastic and very helpful. They fill your glasses at the table on a regular basis. The food is excellent also with lots of choice. The outdoor pool is great however we travelled in March so a it was too cold for us. This would be perfect in the summer. We also booked two nights in the Al a carte restaurants which are included in the price. You are served at the table and again glasses filled as much as you would like. Please see Zeynep and she will gladly help you We had a room with a sea view which has a free mini bar. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Sheets and duvet covers and towels are changed every day. This is not a criticism but a personal choice. The only thing I found was that the indoor pool was too cold for me but as I say that is a personal preference. In the bar area on an evening there are children’s entertainers to begin with who all the kids seem to think are amazing. Unfortunately I can’t get the tune to baby shark out of my head. There is always something going on and the drinks are brought to your table at regular intervals. We used the spa and booked massages every other day with a Hamam spa treatment on the first and last time. If you don’t know what that is it’s a body scrub and massage where you are covered in foam. The massages have really helped with my back problem and my wife who does not usually like a massage said how much she benefited and enjoyed it. I cant recommend this place enough. Our first time in Turkey has been a very memorable one. If I could score this higher I would but a definite 10/10. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, excellent facilities, lovely pools. Great choice of food. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and the entertainment team offer some fabulous entertainment. Service from all staff is excellent and they are very friendly. Spa facilities were excellent we used the Hammam and massage. The only thing we didn’t like was people smoking at good areas outside by the beach and round the pool, ideally a designated area for smoking would be better but that was the only thing.

Best family holiday! Very nice location, delicious food, most kindly stuff. I definitaly recommend this hotel. At dinner you can find all kind of food even for kinds also. Free coctails,cafe and drinks all thay. Very good price for this stay. We’ll come back again.

This hotel is not 4 or 5 star it’s 3 start max… The food is not nice it’s same food for breakfast / Lunch / Dinner everyday I been here 7 days not nice….. Small hotel not much activities to do… kids play area is disgusting flilfy…. Coffee lounge is poor same cakes everyday frozen cakes and snack bar is rubbish same food…… only good thing is Land of legions near by so McDonald/ Burger King and other fast food places near by but I won’t recommend this to anyone it’s not worth it at all

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room. Firstly the rooms are basic normally in 5* you can expect few extras at least robes this is not the case, but the rooms are cleaned well everyday with fresh bedding and towel’s housekeeping lady was lovely. Dining there is lots of food but it’s a variation on the same thing each day it all looks well presented, my issue is that despite emailing the hotel prior to booking to ask about GF options and being assured that they provided a rage of GF dishes I really struggled to find a decent meal at times and on some days nothing. When I asked for some GF pasta I was given some sort of Turkish cake then eventually a bowl of pasta with some watered down tomato sauce so clearly no GF options. It was a task to even get GF bread when it came it was dry and falling apart. We did have a lovely meal in the ottoman restaurant with a lovely waiter looking after us. Pool lovely and refreshing and we always got sun beds and parasols but as with everyone else you have to get out early. The major issue around the pool areas it was extremely slippery so be warned. The beach area is nice the sea beautiful, the gardens are well maintained. Animation team activities not great no variety and the one with the paddle board is dangerous As Brits we didn’t find this a very inclusive hotel particularly as it is mainly caters for German guests and we were told by the animation team it was a German Hotel/resort, which isn’t very welcoming, so no we won’t be returning. In my opinion this is not a 5* hotel it needs to look at the food options and standard of rooms together with inclusivity
