Good base to explore Waterton NP. The accommodation could benefit from some modernisation, looking at bit tired, it was the end of the season so hopefully that will be a project before reopening in 2024. Rooms really need a better means of making drinks, eg a kettle and some ceramic cups would cut down on waste.

I booked 4 rooms and all were clean. You can walk to the marina and some nearby restaurants. The whole family enjoyed the pool from the hotel across ours. Easy check in and check out. No airconditioning but we had a great weather when we were there.

We had nice 3 nights stay at Aspin Inn. The staff is helpful.The location is great with mountain view. Room is clean and spacious. Like the bbq and stoves, we were able to cook our dinner over there. Likes the hot tub and swimming pool as well. Will come back and stay here again.

What's honestly not to like about this place? The price for a 2 night stay was incredibly cheap. Shopping, food and the marina are all within 5 minutes away walking distance. If you're someone solo or with the fam looking for a low cost option for your stay in town, this is the place to be. I will be booking with you guys again when spring comes around.

Property was fine but they were short on staff cleaning rooms so it didn't happen at all for our 3 days. We had to ask for towels and take out our own garbage which is fine if that's what you are paying for.

We've been coming here for years, however, on this vacation we were checked in over an hour past our check-in time due to our room not being ready. We were told we would get a discount on our bill and when we checked out they forgot to do it. You pay a lot of money to stay at places like this being in a park, and we would like a discount next time we go or we'll look at other options.

Great place for home base while hiking. Disappointment in that the hot tub is not open. If the hot tub is under renovation for over 4 years, I believe it’s time to stop advertising it as an amenity. Could have really used it after hiking all day

This was one of the most unique places I’ve stayed at. The customer service was amazing and helpful. Sometimes the drains were slow but it was over all very clean.
