Hotel room was just renovated, but it was not clean. Our cough had big stains and dust in some air conditioners fans. We complained and the receptionist Grace told us we could see if another room would please us. The other room had mold in the ceiling. Long story short, we kept our room and they replaced our couch cushions, the dust I’ve cleaned myself with a towel. Was promised a discount for the trouble, and got a few dollars out of my bill. The breakfast was the only good part, it has omelette and pancakes fresh made and a lot of options. Definitely a 6/10. For the price charged the rooms need to be better taken care of. It’s a Hilton, right?
