The room smelled was noisy and the shower was so-so. We had no maid service during our stay. Also there was a $32.50 daily amenities charge for basically no amenities except maybe free coffee in the morning. The only good thing I could say is the location was convenient to many stores and restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach.

The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. There needs to be better customer service, especially for people of color. I was treated poorly and there wasn’t anyone that was courteous to be and my 2 daughters. I was pretty shocked. I paid 541 dollars for one night and the closet smelled stale and had a smoke order. The bath towels had hair on them. I was not impressed at all. The lobby and water park were the most appealing the rest rooms in the water park were not kept up and the condiments in the water parks snack shop were old and some rancid. There were two sweatshirts on the porch. Not mine. I was in a suite. The kitchen had limited utensils available. The deck looked like it had seen better days. Otherwise it was very convenient.

This place is a quiet area to get away from loud crowds. The stay was good, the one I picked had a kitchen with 1 bedroom 2 beds. Marina view, I did not know it wasn't a balcony. Its basically the walk way with 2 chairs and a table. No privacy. They do start at 8 am to clean and you will hear the cleaning cars rolling on the wood. Unfortunately they have no place to put away theirs cleaning cars and that was part of my view from my window. The check in was great and leaving as well. Prompts to them for being sweet. We did have breakfast and dinner at the Jimmy Guanas restaurant. For breakfast James was amazing and very attentive. He provided all I ask ,the food was delicious. James thank you for making our time spectacular. Dinner we had a very nice lady that I wish i knew her name, but she understood that we had to go to the concert and made sure we were all set fast. Food is delightful. Grilled chicken sandwiches are a must! Great prices. We didnt use the water park, looks good for parents. The place also has mini golf in the middle of the resort, rentals for bikes, stores and live music if you decide to drink outside at the bar. Great staff smiles all the time. Bar tender she was a bit serious. 1 of a million lol.. ice dispenser is on the first floor for my area. Near the elevator. Doesn't smell like swampy so its a beautiful view.

The beds were terrible. The rooms had mold in it. No change of towels unless requested. The food onsite was SEVERELY overpriced, overcooked, and not fresh

Bathroom sink drains are plugged or dirty, very slow draining, needs many , many food preparing pots, pans, utensils were missing

The property was starting to get in bad shape, especially the wooden walkways on the way to the rooms. Nails were sticking up from the boards that could cause someone to trip a barefoot person to tear their feet up.

Where do I begin? The photos were obviously photo-shopped. The hotel is stuck in time, say 1970s? We paid up to get breakfast included. When we went to breakfast we were told third-party apps were not recognized. I asked again, and then contacted ******* who contacted the hotel. Finally our breakfast was included. Food was average. Not bad, just average. No housekeeping on the second day, and we left in the 3rd day.

the room where i stayed was quiet and nice also comfortable will stay there again in the future.
