the room where i stayed was quiet and nice also comfortable will stay there again in the future.

We had a good time staff was great, but we noticed there was mold on the wood ceiling and had got into the drywall below, both in the loft ceiling and dormer ceiling below. As we were not staying long enough for it to effect us. but I verbally let them know at the desk. I have deficits physically, and the only toilet was upstairs and that was a pain, It wasn't stated when I booked.

I was charged for some things I did not use. We did not go to the water park; we did not use the parking garage, as we had TJ (private driver) take us to and from hotel. But we were charged for both of these. I will reach out to my credit card company if the hotel does not rectify this. We were put at the end of the building, above the bar, so we had to listen to the band and the activity while trying to sleep. We love Indian Rocks beach, and have always enjoyed this hotel. After being away for a few years, due to what happened with the country, we were finally comfortable enough to make the trip again. I was disappointed with the hotel. The staff are kind. We are planning a big family trip next year for 6 people and I'm not sure if I want to stay here due to being charged for a few things we did not partake in.

My first room had termite droppings all over the bed. They moved us to another suite however that room still had termites but in the dresser. The kitchen floor did not look like it got cleaned and was sticky. The carpet looked like it had a blood stain on the stairs going up to the master bath. There was mold in the vents.

It offers a lot but in need of paint (interior and exterior) and carpet in the rooms. The deck off room was nice and large. All and all enjoyed our stay!

This hotel has not been kept up to code. The floors were molded and walls and bathrooms. Smell was awful. Not recommended for families as it was loud, and people drinking and walking around all night.

Staff was very nice, room clean and roomy, but property has tons of light at night, and plantation shutters do NOT keep room dark.

Due to the beautiful beaches in the area we wanted to extend our stay for 2 more nights, we went down to the front desk and the female desk clerk looked up our room and said that we had to call Travelocity to book it, since we had used them first. No problem! I asked if we could have the same room,I didn’t mention this,but I’d bought cleaning products and cleaned this room, I didn’t want to change rooms and have to clean again. We called and paid over $700 for this room, which was steep but fine, again we love the area. As we are gathering up our stuff for the beach the phone rings and it’s Mario,the villain of the story, he informs us that we can’t stay in this room, we must move. After a call back to Travelocity and her calling the hotel we decided to cancel! He was rude and had no interest in whether we were a return guest or not, we will NOT ever be. We found a beautiful cottage closer to the beach, 150$ cheaper, AND it was CLEAN!! Unfortunately, I can’t find a place to attach photos or I would happily show pictures of the very high ceilings and the mold along the seams. It appears they had a leaky roof and never killed the mold. The freezer had a grocery bag stuck to the ice maker with what looked like a “human finger!” Don’t panic, it was a sweet potato fry. I used bleach and a fork and got it loose. It took awhile to clean, but I still refused to use the freezer. The toilet and shower weren’t clean, prior to our stay. There were no utensils,dishes,or cookware.

Every time I go to Florida I stay here, and have never had a bad experience. The staff is so helpful and kind and the location is perfect! We will be back 😁
