TownePlace Suites Indianapolis Airport

The stay was good. The hotel has an unfortunate occurrence with a small fire days before our stay so there were load fans and smells of cleaners. The first room we got smelled, but we talked with the manager and he offered to move our room and also give us a discount. The new room was great! Clean, and had no issue for the duration.

Everything was great about the stay. We were impressed with every staff member from check-in to check-out and the courteousness of the shuttle drivers. Would recommend to anyone. The shuttle driver even had hot coffee and danishes for us at 3am for the shuttle ride to the airport.

Nice hotel and clean! I like to be near Fast Park and this one is very close. However it offers its own free shuttle service with $25.00 parking up to nine days. I would have used but never sure if I will come home to snow and it’s not covered parking but still a good deal. The hotel is a bit pricey and I don’t always choose this hotel when prices are up!

Much nicer and more comfortable than an actual Marriot I stayed at last week. One negative, they need to tone down the air freshener or whatever that is in the room because its almost overwhelmingly nauseating.

First room we were put in was not very clean and the shower over the tub backed up, which is very disgusting. We were able to be put into a different room the next day, which was much cleaner but overall, the hotel looks new on the outside but feels a bit "dated" on the inside. The continental breakfast bar was mediocre at best and more often than not, the front desk was empty and staff were not to be found. In short, while we visit family in Indiana every year, we will not be booking a future stay at this hotel again.

we stayed for 2 nights and had a good experience. There's not much by the hotel so we were grateful for the rental car so we could explore the city more!

Was clean, spacious, and staff was very friendly. Loved having the bigger refrigerator and the table n chairs. Only things i would change would be a vent in the bathroom and the pool needs to be heated...too cold for comfort. Breakfast was simple but good, and the fitness room was nice. Overall a great place to stay with a quiet atmosphere.
