ホテル ザック(Hotel Zach)

Our stay at Hotel Zach was very good. We were a whole group in Innsbruck for educational purposes. The Hotel Zach has delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms in which we could relax. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Hotel has great location- in the middle of city centre. Our whole group has a great time- we recommend Hotel Zach. :)

A fab & friendly hotel, from the moment we arrived the Staff & management were so helpful & friendly. Great location in Innsbruck, room was fab & the decor in reception & restaurant was so lovely. Breakfast was good, everything you need to start your day of sightseeing with such friendly service. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again. Thank you 😊

Very friendly staff, comfy rooms, clean, great location, convenient for buses, trams and station too, plus mountain view (when the cloud finally lifted) and close to old town. Fantastic breakfasts - so much choice. Panoramic suite had surprisingly well equipped kitchenette with 2 rings and a microwave. Possible to reduce the heating (so many hotels are too hot) which was great.

Stayed at Hotel Zach with my husband and my brother and his wife. Stayed in 9 hotels while travelling around Europe and Hotel Zach was our favourite on our trip. Ticked and exceeded every box. This hotel just gives off such a warm vibe. The ladies on reception were just so helpful and friendly. Always greeted with a smile on way out or on our return. Breakfast has everything you need to fill up to start your day. Bacon, eggs, cereal, fruit, yoghurt etc. Melinda was such a happy, smiling lady to start our day with. Kept my husband's coffee cup full every morning. The rooms while a little small (normal for Europe), but they were spotless and beautifully done. Location was great for old town. Trams and train station just around the corner. Book here if looking for a place in Innsbruck. You won't be disappointed.

This hotel is superb but i had this feeling about it as soon as i came across it when booking and knew there would be no problems whatsoever with this hotel. The hotel is roughly a 5-10 minute walk from the main train station in Innsbruck which is where the the bus from the airport drops you off ( bus F ) but you can get off/on a stop earlier at the Triumphforte Arch/****** stop which is just a couple of minutes quicker. The hotel is located very close to lots of attractions and the old town as well as being close to many bars restaurants, shops and there is a Hoffer/Aldi supermarket only a five minute walk away just turn right out of the hotel follow the road to the end turn left and it is on the left hand side. The Hotel Zach is again in a perfect location for all the public transport which is on the door step a 1-2 minute walk plus the hop on hop off bus stops directly outside the hotel which is another bonus. On arrival we were greeted with a very warm and helpful welcome although our room was not ready as check in is 3pm there was a secure room for our bags which was great as we were only here for three nights so we wanted to make the of every minute. Check in was easy and was stress free we were given the wifi code plus breakfast times etc and our fob key and directed to our room 306 on the 3rd floor via the lift. The hotel reception was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and even though it was located centrally there was very little noise and sleeping was no issue at all. The room was a good size clean and we over looked the main street and buildings across the way but did also have a view of the mountains. Bathroom was a decent size no issues with this and there was plenty of storage space too, tv was Austrian/German channels but did not watch as i had my tablet. Wifi was very good and i had my company lap top with me so i could work remotely while away and speeds were very good with no lagging. Rooms were cleaned everyday and i found the beds to be comfy and slept very well, there was also extra pillow/blankets if needed also forgot to mention the room had hair drier too. Breakfast was from 6.30am to 10.00am most days but Sunday i think it was 7am till 11.00am if memory serves. The choice at breakfast was again excellent with a mixture of cold and hot choices as well as choices for people with certain dietary requirements and you can contact the hotel before arrival and let them know if you have special requirements. I found the staff again here excellent and they would take your drink requirements on arrival at breakfast and bring it to your table and if you required more just ask and they were only to glad to bring a refill. Check out is 11.00am and on arrival they do offer you a free 48 hour transport pass at the hotel. The hotel has its own garage if you are arriving by car but reception is only manned till between 9.30pm and 9.45pm there after entrance to the hotel is locked and you have to use your fob key to enter the hotel

Lovely hotel and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Located 5 minutes walk from the train station and maybe 6 or 7 from the old town it's in a perfect position. Room not huge but perfectly adequate. The breakfast lived up to expectations from other reviews, a superb spread served in a comfortable dining area. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, although a kettle is available on request from the very helpful reception. Absolutely no fault of the hotel but, whilst we were there the building opposite was having some serious work done to it and the noise started very, very early in the morning. A room at the rear would no doubt avoid any disturbance. Overall, absolutely first class, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Innsbruck! It's sufficiently near to the Christmas markets and train station (my wife and I walked to both, and with luggage to the train station, with 3 young children in tow). The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, and surpasses many 4-star hotels that we've been at. But most of all, every staff member was both friendly and extremely helpful! We had the privilage to meet Katharina Schnitzer-Zach and her children a couple of times during our stay, and she was the perfect host.

We stayed at Hotel Zach in 2016 and we're really happy then. We chose to stay again based on our previous experience and we were not disappointed. The room was fine, clean and comfortable and was serviced each day. All the staff we dealt were friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommended by us.

My wife and I spent two nights in Innsbruck, enjoying the city. We had seen the hotel on a booking site and liked the location, which was only a few blocks from the train station. The hotel is a small gem in a very popular city. It was recently renovated and everything is well maintained, in good order, spotless and well run. The hotel staff at the front desk were fantastic and helpful and offered lots of advice. We had a larger room which had lots of space, storage and a nice bathroom. It looked out onto the street. Breakfast which was included is offered in a very nice large dining room, with a large buffet breakfast offering. A huge selection of hot and cold choices will leave no one hungry. Lots of room for everyone. All and all it was a great choice and we were very happy with everything the hotel had to offer. Definitely recommend to anyone travelling to the Innsbruck
