Above the expectations very clean and beautiful view friendly staff and everything was perfect near the station and the best breakfast 👌 in love with that view from window very satisfied

Very clean and quiet . The view was incredible . Staff was courteous and check in was a breeze. We had dinner at the hotel and the waygu beef burger was delicious.

Avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful stay and a good night of sleep There is no airconditioning in the room and the hotel might organize a party with live rock bands that play loud music till 2am. You need to sleep with windows closed in an oven

My husband and I stayed here recently with our dog. It was a very nice hotel and I wish I could have stayed longer. We had an amazing view of the town of Natters from our room. The breakfast was tasty. Parking was a breeze. The location was perfect for our visits into Innsbruck using the tram with a station down the street from the hotel. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant on our last night and it was delicious. Room service for dessert later that night was a fun treat, as well. We did not use the spa/wellness area which was the only regret as I'm sure it was a very relaxing space. I have already recommended the hotel and would stay again if visiting the Innsbruck area again in the future.

very nice rooms! we had a fantastic view from our balcony! we had eaten in the restaurant, we were helped quickly, the food was served quickly and a nice restuarant to sit in, it was delicious. staff not always friendly or professional, despite that had a good Experience!

We stayed over at the hotel for one night as part of our family European road trip. The room was comfortable, the breakfast really good and also the dinner we had at the hotel. We should probably have asked for a room with a balcony/view as the room allocated to us had no view or balcony. Next time we will book the note for an extra night as we would have loved to explore what the local area had to offer.

Amazing location, staff that went the extra mile and made us feel very welcome. Superb rooms with a beautiful mountain view, very good beds, clean and fresh bathroom. The restaurant served high quality food and an extensive breakfast.

The hotel is at a very nice location close to Innsbruck, I traveled with the motorbike there and the hospitality was good . The staff was however and still is today incompetent. I was looking for a beer in the evening and there was no beer to get at the bar. The staff seemed confused. I left my power cord at the room andcalled the day after. On the first call they found it but were not able to send it it back . Still after the 4th call the power cord ist still there but they have not been able to send it to my address. Please be aware that there is a lot of confusion at this hotel . The look is quite good but they are apparently not able to sort out the various needs of the clients. The hotel does not seem to be well managed.
